Abstract
Penyusunan tesis ini membahas mengenai peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru pendidikan agama Kristen dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka sekolah dasar melalui pemberdayaan KKG PAK Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru PAK, untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi kurikulum merdeka PAK di Kota Jambi, dan bagaimana pemberdayaan KKG PAK Kota Jambi dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 12 orang, yaitu: 1 orang Pembimas Kristen, 1 orang Pengawas PAK, 2 orang ketua KKG, 6 orang guru PAK, dan 2 orang Kepala Sekolah. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan peneliti adalah: 1) upaya peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru PAK melibatkan banyak pihak yang masing-masing pihak menjadi kontributor baik bagi peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru PAK, yaitu: Bimas Kristen, Pengawas PAK, Ketua KKG, Kepala Sekolah, dan Guru PAK, 2) implementasi kurikulum merdeka PAK SD di Kota Jambi sudah berlangsung secara umum di empat kelas yaitu kelas 1, kelas 2, kelas 4 dan kelas 5, di mana implementasi kurikulum merdeka merupakan proses yang dilakukan secara bersama antara guru PAK, Kepala Sekolah, Ketua KKG, Pengawas PAK, Bimas Kristen, dan Pemerintah, 3) pemberdayaan KKG memberikan banyak dampak positif sehingga perlu dilakukan pengembangan sehingga kompetensi profesional guru dapat terus ditingkatkan. / This thesis discusses the improvement of the professional competence of Christian Religious Education (CRE) Teachers in implementing the independent curriculum of elementary schools through the empowerment of the CRE Working Group in Jambi City. This study aims to determine the efforts to improve the professional competence of CRE Teachers, to find out how the independent CRE curriculum is implemented in Jambi City, and how the CRE Teacher Working Group in Jambi City empowers professional competence. This study uses a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study were 12 people, namely: Head of Christian Community Leaders, 1 CRE Supervisor, 2 CRE Teacher Working Group leaders, 6 CRE Teachers, and 2 School Principals. The research results found by the researcher are: 1) efforts to improve the professional competence of CRE Teachers involve many parties, each of which contributes to improving the professional competence of CRE, namely: Head of Christian Community Leaders, CRE Supervisors, CRE Teacher Working Group leaders, School Principals, and CRE Teachers, 2) the implementation of the independent CRE curriculum in elementary schools in Jambi City has generally been carried out in four classes, namely classes 1, 2, 4, and 5, where the implementation of the independent curriculum is a process carried out together between CRE Teachers, School Principals, CRE Teacher Working Group leaders, CRE Supervisors, Head of Christian Community Leaders, and the Government, 3) the empowerment of the CRE Teacher Working Group has provided many positive impacts, so that development needs to be carried out so that the professional competence of teachers can continue to be improved.
