Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antar gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, iklim sekolah dan kinerja guru. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 114 guru yang berasal dari SMAN 1 Bajawa, SMAN 2 Bajawa dan SMAN 1 Golewa. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, hal ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi gaya kepemimpinan maka semakin tinggi kinerja guru, demikian sebaliknya kinerja guru akan menurun jika gaya kepemimpinan menurun; ( 2) Iklim sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, hal ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi iklim sekolah maka semakin tinggi kinerja guru, demikian sebaliknya kinerja guru akan menurun jika iklim sekolah menurun; (3) Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan iklim organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Kata kunci : gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, iklim sekolah dan kinerja guru. / This research aims to examine the influence between transformational leadership style, school climate and teacher performance. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sample used in this research was 114 teachers from SMAN 1 Bajawa, SMAN 2 Bajawa and SMAN 1 Golewa. Research data was obtained from the results of filling out a questionnaire and analyzed using SEM analysis techniques with the help of the SEM PLS program. The results of this research show that (1.) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, this means that the higher the leadership style, the higher the teacher's performance, and vice versa, teacher performance will decrease if the leadership style decreases; (2) School climate has an effect positive and significant on teacher performance, this means that the higher the school climate, the higher the teacher performance, and vice versa, teacher performance will decrease if the school climate decreases, (3) Transformational leadership and School Climate have simultanous effect on teacher performance.
