Abstract

Valentinus Vembriyanto: Pengaruh Komunikasi Internal Organisasi dan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Good Governance Pendidikan di Sekolah Pangudi Luhur Perwakilan Jakarta, Tesis, Jakarta: Program Pascasarjana Universitas Kristen Indonesia Jakarta, 2022. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengungkap pengaruh: (1) komunikasi internal organisasi terhadap good governance pendidikan, (2) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap good governance pendidikan, (3) komunikasi internal organisasi dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap good governance pendidikan di sekolah Pangudi Luhur Perwakilan Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik ex post facto yang melibatkan dua variabel independen dan satu variabel dependen yaitu komunikasi internal organisasi (X1), kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X2), dan good governance pendidikan (Y). Penelitian ini melibatkan guru dan karyawan SMA Pangudi Luhur Perwakilan Jakarta, dengan jumlah populasi 90 orang. Pengumpulan data penelitian dengan teknik survey. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan komunikasi internal organisasi terhadap good governance pendidikan dengan dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 59,919 + 0,457 X1 dan R2 = 0,333 x 100% = 33,3 %. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap good governance pendidikan dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 58,765 + 0,422 X2 dan R2 = 0,340 x 100% = 34 %. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif komunikasi internal organisasi dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap good governance pendidikan dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ 52,174+ 0,247 X1 + 0,256 X2 dan R2 = 0,377 x 100% = 37,7%./ Valentinus Vembriyanto: The Influence of Internal Organizational Communication and Principal Leadership Good Governance at the Pangudi Luhur Representative School Jakarta, Thesis, Jakarta: Postgraduate Program at the Indonesian Christian University Jakarta, 2022. The purpose of this study was to reveal the influence of: (1) internal organizational communication on good education governance , (2) school principal leadership on good governance , (3) organizational internal communication and school principal leadership together on good education governance in schools Pangudi Luhur Representative for Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative method with ex post facto involving two independent variables and one dependent variable, namely internal organizational communication (X1), school principal leadership (X2), and good governance (Y). This research involved teachers and employees of SMA Pangudi Luhur Representative Jakarta, with a total population of 90 people. Collecting research data with survey techniques. The results of this study indicate (1) There is a positive and significant influence of internal organizational communication on good governance of education with the regression equation Ŷ = 59.919 + 0.457 X1 and R2 = 0.333 x 100% = 33.3 %. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of the principal's leadership on good education governance with the regression equation Ŷ = 58.765 + 0.422 X2 and R2 = 0.340 x 100% = 34%. (3) There is a positive influence of internal organizational communication and school principal leadership together on good education governance with the regression equation Ŷ 52.174 + 0.247 X1 + 0.256 X2 and R2 = 0.377 x 100% = 37.7%.
