Abstract

Mutu pembelajaran untuk anak usia TK di masa pandemi covid-19 menjadi pembahasan yang hangat di dunia pendidikan, baik kondisi, kendala, tantangan maupun pemilihan strategi yang terbaik. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran tata kelola sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran, efektivitas Learning Management System sekolah serta pedoman mengenai desain pembelajaran dan komunikasi yang sesuai di masa pandemi covid-19 bagi anak usia dini. Informan penelitian merupakan orangtua peserta didik TK Kristen Kanaan Jakarta yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling, dibagi menjadi 5 informan data primer dan 38 informan data pelengkap. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan evaluasi CIPP terhadap Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah dan triangulasi data wawancara, survey, dan Fokus Grup Diskusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di TK Kristen Kanaan Jakarta dikelola dengan baik, yang nampak dari tata kelola sekolah yang terprogram dengan baik, penerapan LMS, desain pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik, serta komunikasi efektif yang dilakukan oleh sekolah, sehingga mampu meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran selama masa pandemi covid-19./ The quality of education for kindergarten age children during the COVID-19 pandemic has become a hot discussion in the education field both conditions, obstacles, challenges and choosing the best strategy. The purpose of the study was to obtain an overview of school governance in improving the quality of education, the effectiveness of the school's Learning Management System as well as guidelines regarding appropriate learning and communication designs during the COVID-19 pandemic for early childhood. Research informants are parents of TK Kristen Kanaan Jakarta who were selected by purposive sampling method, divided into 5 primary data informants and 38 complementary data informants. The research method was carried out with an approach with CIPP evaluation of School-Based Management and triangulation of interview data, surveys, and Focus Group Discussions. The results of the study indicate that School-Based Management at TK Kristen Kanaan Jakarta is well managed, which can be seen from well-programmed school governance, implementation of LMS, learning designs that are tailored to the needs of students, and effective communication carried out by schools, so as to improve the quality of education during the covid-19 pandemic.
