Abstract

Peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui Kepemimpinan Kepala sekolah dan Budaya Sekolah di Lembaga Pendidikan Bina Pangudi Luhur Jakarta. Ada hal mendasar yang menjadi latar belakang masalah adalah turunnya kualitas pendidikan di lembaga Pendidikan Bina Pangudi Luhur Jakrta yang ditandai dengan turunnya prestasi akademik dan non akademik, hal ini timbul pertanyaan yang menjadi rumusan masalah : 1)Apakah terdapat pengaruh antara variabel X1 (Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah) terhadap variabel Y (Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan) pada Lembaga Pendidikan Bina Pangudi Luhur Jakarta. 2)Apakah terdapat pengaruh antara variabel X2 (Budaya Sekolah) terhadap variabel Y (Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan) di Lembaga Pendidikan Bina Pangudi Luhur Jakarta. 3) Apakah terdapat pengaruh antara variabel X1 (Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah) dan variabel X2 (Budaya Sekolah) secara bersamaan terhadap variabel Y (Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan) pada Lembaga pendidikan Bina Pangudi Luhur Jakarta.Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui :1)Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan di Lembaga Pendidikan Bina Pangudi Luhur Jakarta. 2)Pengaruh Budaya Sekolah terhadap Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan di Lembaga Pendidikan Bina Pangudi Luhur Jakarta. 3) Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Budaya Sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Lembaga Pendidikan Bina Pangudi Luhur Jakarta.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui pendekatan survei instrumen digunakan berupa angket sebagai metode utama.Analisis statistic yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda. Sugiyono (2010:211) dengan menggunakan rumus persamaan regresi.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah mempunyai pengaruh terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Lembaga Pendidikan Bina Pangudi Luhur Jakarta. Hal ini terlihat pada uji koefisien regrasi ganda t1hitung> ttabel yaitu 7,488 > 2,132.Budaya Sekolah terhadap Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan di Lembaga Pendidikan Bina Pangudi Luhur Jakarta mempunyai pengaruh. Hal ini terlihat pada uji koefisien regrasi ganda t2hitung> ttabel yaitu 7,642 > 2,132. Melalui Uji F untuk N = 55 didapat nilai Fhitung sebesar 58,00 dan Ftabel = 3,17 pada taraf signifikansi  = 0,05, berarti nilai Fhitung> Ftabel dapat dikatakan bahwa ada pengaruh antara Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Budaya Sekolah terhadap Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan di Lembaga Pendidikan Bina Pangudi Luhur Jakarta./ Improving the quality of education throughPrincipal Leadership and School Culture at the Bina Pangudi Luhur Educational Institution,Jakarta. There is a basic thing that is the background of the problem is the decline in the quality of education at the Bina Pangudi Luhur Jakrta Educational Institution which is marked by a decrease in academic and non-academic achievements, this raises questions that become the formulation of the problem: 1) Is there an influence between the X1 variable (Leadership of the Principal ) on the Y variable (Improvement of Education Quality) at the Bina Pangudi Luhur Educational Institution, Jakarta. 2) Is there an influence between the X2 variable (School Culture) on the Y variable (Improving the Quality of education) in the Bina Pangudi Luhur Educational Institute, Jakarta. 3) Is there an effect between the variable X1 (Leadership of the Principal) and the variable X2 (School Culture) simultaneously on the variable Y (Improving the Quality of Education) at the Bina Pangudi Luhur Educational Institution in Jakarta.The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out: 1) The influence of Principal Leadership on improving the quality of education at the Bina Pangudi Luhur Educational Institution, Jakarta. 2) The Influence of School Culture on Improving the Quality of Education at the Educational Institutions of Bina Pangudi Luhur Jakarta. 3) The influence of Principal Leadership and School Culture together on improving the quality of education at the Bina Pangudi Luhur Educational Institution Jakarta.This study uses a quantitative method through a survey approach, the instrument is used in the form of a questionnaire as the main method. The statistical analysis used is Multiple Regression Analysis. Sugiyono (2010:211) by using the regression equation formula.The conclusion of this study is that the principal's leadership has an influence on improving the quality of education at the Bina Pangudi Luhur Educational Institution in Jakarta. This can be seen in the multiple regression coefficient test t1count > ttable, which is 7,488 > 2.132. School Culture on Improving the Quality of Education at the Bina Pangudi Luhur Educational Institution in Jakarta has an influence. This can be seen in the multiple regression coefficient test t2count > ttable which is 7.642 > 2.132. Through the F test for N = 55. The Fcount value is 58.00 and Ftable = 3.17 at the significance level = 0.05, meaning that the Fcount > Ftable can be said that there is an influence between Principal Leadership and School Culture on Quality Improvement Education at the Bina Pangudi Luhur Educational Institute, Jakarta.
