Abstract

Penelitian yang telah dilakukan mengenai analisis kompetensi pedagogik guru matematika pada pembelajaran daring. Pembahasan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana kompetensi.pedagogik guru matematika pada pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini menerapkan teknik penelitian campuran berurutan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru matematika yang berjumlah 15 guru matematika. Pengambilan informasi yang digunakan adalah angket dan wawancara dengan menggunakan instrumen pada kompetensi pedagogik guru. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru matematika pada pembelajaran daring memperoleh rata-rata 78% dan masuk klasifikasi Tinggi. Meskipun demikian ada 2 indikator yang masih berada dalam klasifikasi sedang. Indikator-indikator yang dimaksud adalah: 1) Pemahaman terhadap peserta didik pada pembelajaran daring yang berada pada rata-rata 60% dalam klasifikasi sedang dan 2) Evaluasi belajar daring yang berada pada rata-rata 73% dalam klasifikasi sedang. Hal-hal yang menyebabkan kedua indikator tersebut masih berada dalam kategori sedang adalah: 1) pendidik tidak dapat langsung bertemu dengan siswa sehingga sulit untuk mengetahui bagaimana kemampuan siswa, dan 2) pendidik kesulitan dalam melakukan penilaian terhadap peserta didik karena peserta didik kurangnya pengenalan terhadap kemampuan terhadap peserta didik. Adapun implikasi yang dapat dilakukan adalah: pendidik juga harus lebih meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam kompetensi pemahaman terhadap peserta didik pada pembelajaran daring serta meningkatkan kompetensi terhadap evaluasi penilaian belajar daring. /Research has been conducted on the analysis of the pedagogic competence of mathematics teachers in online learning. The research discussion is to find out how the pedagogic competence of mathematics teachers in online learning. This study applies sequential mixed research techniques. The population in this study were mathematics teachers, totaling 15 mathematics teachers. Retrieval of information used is a questionnaire and interviews using instruments on the pedagogic competence of teachers. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics. The results showed that the pedagogic competence of mathematics teachers in online learning obtained an average of 78% and was classified as High. However, there are 2 indicators that are still in the moderate classification. The indicators in question are: 1) Understanding of students in online learning which is at an average of 60% in the medium classification and 2) Evaluation of online learning which is at an average of 73% in the medium classification. The things that cause the two indicators are still in the medium category are: 1) educators cannot directly meet students so it is difficult to know how students are capable, and 2) educators have difficulty in assessing students because students lack knowledge of their abilities. towards students. The implications that can be carried out are: educators must also improve their ability in understanding competence of students in online learning and increase competence in evaluating online learning assessments.
