Abstract

A.R. Citra Evrista Pertiwi, Pengaruh Pembelajaran Diferensiasi Dan Penggunaan Teknologi Digital Terhadap Kualitas Pembelajaran Di Sekolah Regina Pacis Jakarta: Program Pascasarjana Universitas Kristen Indonesia, 2025. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh pembelajaran diferensiasi dan penggunaan teknologi digital terhadap kualitas pembelajaran di Sekolah Regina Pacis Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan survei menggunakan instrumen kuesioner model skala Likert. Responden penelitian adalah para guru lokal di Sekolah Regina Pacis Jakarta. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran diferensiasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pembelajaran dengan persamaan regresi Y=15,839+0,750X (t_hitung=10,477 > t_tabel=1,68023, R²=0,709). Penggunaan teknologi digital juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan persamaan regresi Y=27,400+0,943X (t_hitung=9,367 > t_tabel=1,68023, R²=0,661). Selain itu, kombinasi pembelajaran diferensiasi dan teknologi digital memberikan pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap kualitas pembelajaran dengan persamaan regresi berganda Y=10,800+0,456X₁+0,474X₂ (F_hitung=72,487 > F_tabel=3,21, R²=0,767). Kesimpulannya, baik pembelajaran diferensiasi maupun penggunaan teknologi digital secara individual maupun bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di Sekolah Regina Pacis Jakarta. This study aims to identify the effect of differentiated learning and the use of digital technology on the quality of learning at Regina Pacis School, Jakarta. The research method used is quantitative with a survey using a Likert scale model questionnaire instrument. The respondents of the study were local teachers at Regina Pacis School, Jakarta. The data collected were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that differentiated learning had a significant effect on the quality of learning with the regression equation Y = 15.839 + 0.750X (t_count = 10.477 > t_table = 1.68023, R² = 0.709). The use of digital technology also had a significant effect with the regression equation Y = 27.400 + 0.943X (t_count = 9.367 > t_table = 1.68023, R² = 0.661). In addition, the combination of differentiated learning and digital technology has a greater influence on the quality of learning with a multiple regression equation of Y = 10.800 + 0.456X₁ + 0.474X₂ (F_count = 72.487 > F_table = 3.21, R² = 0.767).
