Abstract

Transformasi pendidikan di era digital menuntut kesiapan guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam pembelajaran serta memastikan pemahaman konsep dasar siswa tetap optimal. Fenomena yang terjadi menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak guru yang belum menguasai media pembelajaran interaktif secara optimal, sementara siswa menghadapi tantangan dalam memahami konsep-konsep dasar dalam mata pelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kompetensi guru dan penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif terhadap pemahaman konsep dasar siswa di Sekolah Bunda Mulia Jakarta. Sebanyak 90 guru dari jenjang TK, SD, SMP, dan SMA menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi guru berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap pemahaman konsep dasar siswa, sedangkan penggunaan media sedangkan penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berpengaruh signifikan namun negatif secara parsial. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pemahaman konsep dasar siswa. Pengaruh positif dapat terlihat dari nilai nilai F Hitung sebesar 41,207 yang lebih besar dari F Tabel 3,16. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa meskipun media interaktif berpotensi mendukung pembelajaran, efektivitasnya sangat bergantung pada bagaimana guru mengelolanya secara tepat dan proporsional. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan kompetensi guru memiliki kontribusi langsung terhadap pemahaman siswa, sementara media interaktif perlu disesuaikan dengan konteks dan karakteristik peserta didik agar tidak menjadi distraksi dalam proses belajar. Implikasinya, pengembangan profesional guru dan integrasi teknologi yang terarah menjadi kebutuhan penting dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan di era digital. / The transformation of education in the digital era demands teachers’ readiness to integrate technology into the learning process while ensuring that students’ understanding of fundamental concepts remains optimal. The existing phenomenon shows that many teachers cannot still effectively utilize interactive learning media, while students continue to face challenges in understanding basic concepts across subjects. This study aims to examine the influence of teacher competence and the use of interactive learning media on students' conceptual understanding at Sekolah Bunda Mulia Jakarta. A total of 90 teachers from kindergarten, elementary, junior high, and senior high school levels participated as respondents in this quantitative study using a survey method. The results revealed that teacher competence has a significant and positive effect on students' conceptual understanding, while the use of interactive learning media has a significant but partially negative effect. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence students' conceptual understanding. The positive influence can be seen from F Calculated value of 41,207 which is greater than the F Table value of 3,16. This indicates that while interactive media has the potential to support learning, its effectiveness largely depends on how appropriately and proportionally teachers manage it. In conclusion, improving teacher competence directly contributes to students' understanding, while interactive media must be adapted to the context and characteristics of learners to avoid becoming a distraction during the learning process. The implication is that professional development for teachers and the targeted integration of technology are essential in addressing educational challenges in the digital age.
