Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kemampuan Literasi Teknologi dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Biro Sumber Daya Manusia Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) Pusat. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya penguasaan teknologi dan dorongan internal dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja pegawai di instansi pemerintah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, serta pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 50 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, dan regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kemampuan Literasi Teknologi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, di mana pegawai yang memiliki kemampuan teknologi yang baik dapat bekerja lebih efisien, cepat, dan tepat sasaran. Selain itu, motivasi intrinsik juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, karena pegawai yang terdorong dari dalam dirinya sendiri cenderung menunjukkan komitmen, tanggung jawab, dan semangat kerja yang tinggi. Secara simultan, kedua variabel ini menunjukkan kontribusi yang kuat dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di lingkungan BKN Pusat. Implikasi dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa instansi pemerintah perlu memberikan pelatihan Kemampuan Literasi Teknologi secara berkelanjutan dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang dapat memupuk motivasi intrinsik pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi BKN maupun instansi lainnya dalam merumuskan strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang selaras dengan tantangan era digital. Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Literasi Teknologi, Motivasi Intrinsik, Kinerja Pegawai, Sumber Daya Manusia, BKN / This study aims to analyze the influence of Technological Literacy Ability and Intrinsic Motivation on the performance of Civil Servants at the Human Resources Bureau of the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) Headquarters. The background of this research is based on the importance of mastering technology and internal drive in improving the work effectiveness of employees in government institutions. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents selected using a simple random sampling technique. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis to examine the relationship between variables. The results indicate that Technological Literacy Ability has a significant effect on employee performance, where employees with strong technological skills can work more efficiently, quickly, and accurately. In addition, Intrinsic Motivation also positively influences performance, as employees who are driven internally tend to demonstrate higher levels of commitment, responsibility, and enthusiasm for their work. Simultaneously, both variables show a strong contribution to improving employee performance within BKN Headquarters. The implications of this study suggest that government institutions should provide continuous Technological Literacy training and create a work environment that fosters employees’ Intrinsic Motivation. The findings of this research are expected to serve as a reference for BKN and other institutions in formulating human resource development strategies aligned with the challenges of the digital era.
