Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 sekarang menjadi perbincangan yang tidak asing bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Keputusan ini juga memengaruhi bagian pendidikan, berdasarkan surat yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, Nomor 4 Tahun 2020. Proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung akhirnya diadakan secara jarak jauh atau tidak dengan tatap muka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan minat belajar siswa melalui pembelajaran online dengan Google Meet selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA 1 Cawang Baru pada bulan Agustus - Oktober 2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sample dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 33 siswa kelas XI MIPA. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sama dengan populasi sebanyak 33 instrumen penelitian berupa angket dan wawancara minat belajar. Adapun hasil penelitian yang diperoleh berdasarkan dari analisis data angket dan wawancara hasil instrumen yaitu, minat belajar siswa kelas XI MIPA dalam sistem pembelajaran online dengan menggunakan aplikasi Google Meet yaitu perasaan dari persentase dari beberapa aspek minat belajar senang 74%, ketertarikan 68%, perhatian 67%, dan keterlibatan/partisipasi 76%. Sehingga dapat di simpulkan hasil rata – rata sistem pembelajaran online dengan menggunakan google meet yaitu 76%. Artinya proses pembelajaran secara jarak jauh dalam jangka panjang sangat berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: Minat Belajar, Google Meet, Belajar Online, Media pembelajaran. / The Covid-19 pandemic is now a familiar conversation for the people of Indonesia. This decision also affects the education department, based on a letter issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture, Number 4 of 2020. The learning process that takes place is finally held remotely or not face-to-face. The aim of this study was to increase student interest in learning through online learning with Google Meet during the covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted at SMA 1 Cawang Baru in August - October 2021. The type of research used was quantitative with a descriptive method. The sample in this study amounted to 33 students of class XI MIPA. The sample in this study is the same as the population of 33 research instruments in the form of questionnaires and learning interest interviews. The results of the research obtained are based on the analysis of questionnaire data and interviews with the results of the instrument, namely, interest in learning for class XI MIPA students in an online learning system using the Google Meet application, namely feelings from the percentage of several aspects of interest in learning happy 74%, interest 68%, attention 67 %, and 76% involvement/participation. So it can be concluded that the average result of an online learning system using Google Meet is 76%. This means that the distance learning process in the long term greatly affects students' interest in learning. Keywords: Interest in learning, Google Meet, online learning, learning media
