Abstract

Vitry Marenden.Pengaruh Literasi Digital Dan Efikasi Diri Terhadap Komitmen Profesi Guru se-Kecamatan Rantepao. Tesis Pascasarjana Program Studi Administrasi Pendidikan Universitas Kristen Indonesia 2022. Aspek yang menjadi salah satu dugaan jika yang berkontribusi pada pendidikan di Indonesia kualitasnya yang dianggap masih rendah yaitu komitmen profesi guru dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Berdasarkan data tahun 2021 persentase guru sertifikasi SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Rantepao, Kabupaten Toraja Utara 48,81 % dan data rapor mutu dalah satu SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Rantepao yaitu SMP negeri 2 Rantepao tahun 2019 – 2020 mengalami penurunan nilai. Berdasarkan data dan pengamatan langsung ditemukan jika komitmen profesional guru sudah cukup baik namun belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh positif dan signifikan literasi digital dan efikasi diri terhadap komitmen profesi guru se-Kecamatan Rantepao. Survei bersifat kuantitatif untuk menemukan fakta secara faktual dalam pengambilan keputusan menjadi pilihan penelitian ini. Dengan populasi Guru SMP Negeri se kecamatan Rantepao dan sampel penelitian adalah Guru ASN SMP Negeri se Kecamatan Rantepao sebanyak 122 guru, menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Instrumen divalidasi oleh pakar dan diuji coba kepada guru ASN 3 SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Toraja Utara sebanyak 30 guru, sehingga diperoleh instrumen yang valid dan reliabel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh simpulan melalui persamaan regresi sederhana Y ̂= 1.840 + 0,600X1. Koefisien regresi literasi digital bernilai positif sebesar 0,600 dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000. lebih kecil dari α= 0,05. Untuk variabel efikasi diri, persamaan regresi sederhana yaitu Y ̂= 1.064 + 0,766X2. Koefisien regresi efikasi diri bernilai positif sebesar 0,766 dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05. Sesuai analisis regresi berganda diperoleh persamaan regresi yaitu Ŷ=0,643+0,182X1+0,683X2, maka uji hipotesis pengaruh secara simultan variabel literasi digital dan efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen profesi guru ASN SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Rantepao, terlihat dari signifikansi (sig) = 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hasil ini mengindikasikan jika literasi digital dan efikasi diri semakin baik maka begitu pula dengan komitmen profesi guru akan semakin baik juga. The Effect of Digital Literacy and Self-Efficacy on the Teaching Profession’s Commitment throughout Rantepao District. Postgraduate Thesis Education Administration Study Program, Christian University of Indonesia 2022. The teaching profession’s commitment to conducting work is one aspect, which is an assumption that those who contribute to education in Indonesia are still of inferior quality. According to data records in 2021, the certified teacher percentage of public junior high schools in Rantepao District, North Toraja Regency was 48,81%, and quality report cards was one public junior high school in Rantepao District, Public Junior High School 2 Rantepao in 2019 - 2020 experienced a decline in grades. Based on the data and direct observation, it was found that the teaching profession’s commitment was relatively good, on the other hand, it was not optimal. This research intended to analyse digital literacy and self-efficacy’s positive and significant impact on the teaching profession’s commitment in Rantepao District. This study selected a quantitative survey to discover factual facts in decision-making. The population was public junior high school teachers throughout Rantepao District, and the research sample comprised 122 civil servant teachers of public junior high schools throughout Rantepao District, using a questionnaire instrument. The instrument was validated by experts and tested on civil servant teachers in (3) three public junior high schools in North Toraja Regency total of 30 teachers to obtain a valid and reliable instrument. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that a simple linear regression Ŷ = 1.840 + 0,600X1. The digital literacy regression coefficient is positive at 0,600 with a sig value of 0,000 less than α= 0,05. The simple linear regression for the self-efficacy variable was Ŷ = 1.064 + 0,766X2. The self-efficacy regression coefficient was positive at 0,766 and a sig value at 0,000, which was less than α = 0,05. According to the multiple linear regression analysis, the obtained linear regression was Ŷ=0,643+0,182X1+0,683X2 indicating that the hypothesis test affected digital literacy simultaneously and self-efficacy variables have a positive and significant effect on the civilian government teachers’ profession commitment at State Junior High Schools throughout Rantepao District, as indicated by significance (sig) = 0,000 less than 0,05. These findings demonstrated that if digital literacy and self-efficacy improve, the teaching profession’s commitment will enhance. keywords: digital literacy, self-efficacy, commitment, teaching profession
