Abstract
ABSTRAK Sekolah Minggu merupakan sebuah wadah pelayanan yang dibentuk oleh gereja melalui Pendidikan Formal Gereja (PFG) bagi anak-anak agar dibina dan dibentuk menjadi karekater yang lebih baik dan memiliki nilai-nilai iman Kristen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan evaluasi program Sekolah Minggu bagi usia remaja (13–15 tahun) di Jemaat GPM Pancaran Kasih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskripstif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun informan penelitian terdiri dari 3 orang anak Sekolah Minggu, 5 orang Guru Sekolah Minggu, 1 orang pendeta, dan 1 majelis pendamping Sekolah Minggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi program Sekolah Minggu belum dilaksanakan secara sistematis dan terstruktur. Evaluasi lebih banyak bersifat informal dan belum melibatkan indikator yang terukur dalam menilai efektivitas program Sekolah Minggu. Temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya penguatan sistem evaluasi yang terencana guna meningkatkan mutu program dan pencapaian tujuan pembinaan iman remaja. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Program, Sekolah Minggu, Remaja/ ABSTRACT Sunday School is a place of service formed by the church through Formal Church Education (PFG) for children to be nurtured and formed into better characters and have Christian faith values. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Sunday School program evaluation for teenagers (13-15 years old) at the Pancaran Kasih GPM Congregation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques carried out are observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants consisted of 3 Sunday School children, 5 Sunday School teachers, 1 pastor, and 1 Sunday School assistant. The results showed that the evaluation of the Sunday School program has not been carried out in a systematic and structured manner. Evaluation is mostly informal and does not involve measurable indicators in assessing the effectiveness of the Sunday School program. These findings indicate the need to strengthen a planned evaluation system to improve the quality of the program and the achievement of youth faith development goals.
