Abstract

Johanis Martoguhun.Pengaruh Fasilitas Belajar dan Komunikasi Keluarga Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas dan Kejuruan Se - Kecamatan Buntu Pepasan .Tesis Pasca Sarjana Program Studi Magister Administrasi/Manajemen Pendidikan Universitas Kristen Indonesia,2022. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Fasilitas Belajar dan Komunikasi Keluarga Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas dan Kejuruan Se - Kecamatan Buntu Pepasan .Dalam penelitian ini pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.Jumlah sampel sebanyak 62 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuisioner secara langsung ketempat penelitian.Uji instrument dan analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS Versi 25. Dalam pengujian hipotesis dilakukan uji parsial dengan uji “t”, diperoleh nilai signifikan untuk variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat yaitu fasilitas belajar (X1) sebesar 0,009<0,05 dan komunikasi keluarga (X2) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.Besar pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa 0,384 atau 38,4%.,besar pengaruh komunikasi keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 0,208 atau 20,8%.Besar pengaruh variabel X1 dan X2 terhadap variabel Y sebesar 0,325 atau 32,5%.Pengaruh ini masih perlu ditingkatkan dengan cara meningkatkan pengadaan fasilitas belajar yang memadai di sekolah maupun di rumah serta meningkatkan komunikasi dari pihak keluarga sebagai pemberi dukungan dan semangat belajar kepada siswa menengah atas se- Kecamatan Buntu Pepasan. The Influence of Family Learning and Communication Facilities on the Learning Motivation of Upper Middle and Vocational Students in Buntu Pepasan District. Postgraduate Thesis, Master of Administration/Education Management Study Program, Indonesian Christian University, 2022. The purpose of this study was to determine how big the influence of learning facilities and family communication on the learning motivation of upper secondary and vocational students in Buntu Pepasan District. In this study, the approach used was a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. 62 people. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to the research site. Instrument testing and data analysis were carried out with the help of SPSS Version 25. In testing the hypothesis, a partial test was carried out with the "t" test, obtained a significant value for the independent variable on the dependent variable, namely learning facilities (X1) of 0.009 <0.05 and family communication (X2) of 0.000 < 0.05. on student learning motivation is 0.384 or 38.4%., the influence of family communication on student learning motivation is 0.208 or 20.8%. The large effect of variables X1 and X2 on variable Y is 0.325 or 32.5%. This influence still needs to be improved by increasing the provision of adequate learning facilities at school and at home as well as increasing communication from the family as a provider of support and enthusiasm for learning to high school students throughout Buntu Pepasan District.
