Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai analisis program spiritualitas guru Kristen di SMPK Tirtamarta BPK Penabur Pondok Indah menurut Howard Hendricks dan Parker J. Palmer. Pandemi Covid-19 telah mengubah proses pelaksanaan program pembinaan kerohanian di SMPK Tirtamarta BPK Penabur Pondok Indah sehingga menyebabkan program tersebut tidak berjalan dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep dan teori spiritualitas di sekolah untuk memperoleh analisis deskriptif implementasi program spiritualitas guru Kristen di sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis program spiritualitas guru Kristen yang telah dilaksanakan selama ini di SMPK Tirtamarta BPK Penabur Pondok Indah. Metode yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu peneliti turun langsung ke lapangan untuk mengumpulkan data dan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Kristen, Penanggung Jawab Program Spiritual dan pembimbing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pelaksanaan program pembinaan rohani bagi guru Kristen di SMPK Tirtamarta BPK Penabur Pondok Indah selama masa pandemi Covid-19 tidak dilaksanakan sesuai dengan pedoman pelayanan dan rohani. Selain itu, peneliti menemukan bahwa pemahaman tentang makna dan pembentukan spiritualitas menurut teori Parker J. Palmer dan Howard Hendricks belum dipahami dengan baik oleh guru Kristen di SMPK Tirtamarta BPK Penabur Pondok Indah. Kendala yang terjadi adalah karena waktu yang cenderung berbenturan dengan latihan, fokus kegiatan pada pembinaan kognitif guru, dan program pengembangan spiritualitas yang monoton dan hanya satu arah. Padahal setiap guru memiliki spiritualitas berbagai jenis kedewasaan iman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, SMPK Tirtamarta BPK Penabur Pondok Indah telah melaksanakan program yang baik, namun harus mengevaluasi program pengembangan spiritualitas agar guru tidak hanya dibekali dengan karakteristik kognitif saja tetapi juga dalam bidang spiritualitas. Kata Kunci: Spiritualitas, Pendidikan, Evaluasi, Guru Kristen, Pandemi Covid-19./ This study discusses the analysis of the Christian teacher spirituality program at Tirtamarta BPK Penabur Pondok Indah Junior High School based on Howard Hendricks and Parker J. Palmer. The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the process of implementing the spirituality development program at Tirtamarta BPK Penabur Pondok Indah Junior High School, causing the program not to run well. This study uses the concept and theory of spirituality in schools to obtain a descriptive analysis of the implementation of the Christian teacher spirituality program in the school. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Christian teacher spirituality program that has been implemented so far at Tirtamarta BPK Penabur Pondok Indah Junior High School. The method used by the researcher in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method, namely the researcher went directly to the field to collect data and through interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants in this study were Christian teachers, Spiritual Program Person In Charge and mentors. The results showed that the process of implementing the spiritual development program for Christian teachers at Tirtamarta BPK Penabur Pondok Indah Junior High School during the Covid-19 pandemic was not carried out according to service and spiritual guidelines. In addition, the researcher found that the understanding of the meaning and formation of spirituality according to the theory of Parker J. Palmer and Howard Hendricks was not properly understood by Christian teachers at Tirtamarta BPK Penabur Pondok Indah Junior High School. The obstacles that occur are due to the timing of which tends to collide with the training, the focus of activities is on the cognitive formation of the teacher, and the spirituality development program is monotonous and only one-way. Whereas every teacher has spirituality of various types of faith maturity. Based on the results of research and discussion, Tirtamarta BPK Penabur Pondok Indah Junior High School has carried out a good program, but must evaluate spirituality development programs so that teachers are not only equipped with cognitive characteristics but also in the field of spirituality.
