Abstract

Agnestesya Adelita, 2022. Pengaruh penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi, pengendalian internal, dan beban pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Artaboga Cemerlang kota Purwokerto. Pengkajian ini bermaksud untuk mendalami pengaruh penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi, pengendalian internal dan beban pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Arta boga Cemerlang kemudian mengetahui variabel apa saja yang berpengaruh lebih menonjol diantara empat variabel tersebut. Berlandaskan hasil penggarapan data kuesioner yang menggunakan uji kualitas data, analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, serta uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R2 ), uji F, dan uji t. Variabel independen pada pengkajian ini yaitu penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi, pengendalian internal dan beban pekerjaan. Untuk variabel dependen pada pengkajian ini yaitu kinerja karyawan. Pengkajian ini menggunakan riset populasi atau riset sensus. Data pada pengkajian ini adalah data primer yang di dapat dari angket yang disebar secara langsung kepada seluruh karyawan pada PT Arta Boga Cemerlang. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi, pengendalian internal dan beban pekerjaan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukan bahwa penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi, pengendalian internal dan beban pekerjaan tidak berpengaruh secara bersama sama secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. The effect of the application of accounting information systems, internal control, and workload on employee performance at PT Artaboga Cemerlang Purwokerto city. This study intends to explore the effect of the application of accounting information systems, internal control and workload on the performance of employees at PT Arta Boga Cemerlang then found out which variables had a more prominent influence among the four variables. Based on the results of the cultivation of questionnaire data using data quality test, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing consisting of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2), F test, and t test. The independent variables in this study are the application of accounting information systems, internal control and workload. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. This study uses population research or census research. The data in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed directly to all employees at PT Arta Boga Cemerlang. The results of the study partially show that the application of accounting information systems, internal controls and workloads have no significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneous research results show that the application of accounting information systems, internal controls and workloads have no significant effect on employee performance.
