Abstract

Nyeri punggung bawah atau Low back pain (LBP) adalah penyakit yang berasal dari tulang belakang, otot, saraf atau struktur lainnya pada daerah tersebut. Faktor risiko kejadian low back pain berbagai variabel penyebab dan pencetus terjadinya keluhan low back pain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran factor risiko dari kejadian low back pain terhadap mahasiswa FK UKI angkatan 2018 dan 2019 selama berlangsungnya pembelajaran jarak jauh (daring). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan cross sectional study dan menerapkan rancangan penelitian deskriptif. Dalam pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online kepada 111 responden yaitu mahasiswa FK UKI angkatan 2018 dan 2019. Hasil penelitian terdapat 62 orang mengalami keluhan Low Back Pain yaitu sebanyak 47 orang perempuan dan 15 orang laki–laki. Persentase tertinggi (53,3)% kejadian Low Back Pain di alami oleh responden dengan usia > 21 tahun dengan mayoritas memiliki Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) dalam batas normal yaitu 66,1% dari keseluruhan sampel penelitian./ Low back pain (LBP) is a disease that originates from the spine, muscles, nerves or other structures in the area. The risk factors for the incidence of low back pain are various variables that cause and trigger complaints of low back pain. The purpose of this study was to describe the risk factors for the incidence of low back pain for FK UKI students class 2018 and 2019 during distance learning (online). This research method uses a cross sectional study approach and applies a descriptive research design. In collecting data, researchers used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed online to 111 respondents, namely students of FK UKI class 2018 and 2019. The results of the study were 62 people experienced Low Back Pain complaints, namely 47 women and 15 men. The highest percentage (53.3)% incidence of Low Back Pain was experienced by respondents aged > 21 years with the majority having a Body Mass Index (BMI) within normal limits, namely 66.1% of the entire study sample
