Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui need assesment, memperoleh gambaran secara lengkap mengenai program planning, mendiskripsikan formative evaluation dan summative evaluation program pembelajaran bina diri anak tunagrahita di SMALB Santa Lusia Bekasi Kelas XII pada masa Pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara dianalisis untuk mengevaluasi keterlaksanaan program pembelajaran bina diri. Subjek Penelitian 7 peserta didik dan 7 informan orang tua dan 2 Informan guru kelas. Hasil penelitian pada aspek Need assesment dilakukan melalui prosedur yakni: 1) Mengobservasi semua program bina diri. 2) Analisis kebutuhan anak. 3) Menentuan program prioritas. Aspek Program planning bina diri anak tunagrahita yaitu: kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti, dan kegiatan penutup. Aspek Formative evaluation, program pembelajaran bina diri secara keseluruhan terlaksana dengan baik. Guru konsisten melaksanakan program yang sudah direncanakan. Namun ada dua kendala; 1) Guru tidak bisa mendampingi dan membimbing secara langsung. Padahal semua subyek masih membutuhkan bimbingan dan arahan pada saat pembelajaran bina diri berlangsung. 2) Partisipasi orang tua dalam program pembelajaran bina diri masih rendah, terbukti pada pelaksanan program sebagian besar anak tidak didampingi orang tuanya. Pada aspek Summative evaluation, Hasil yang tampak dalam evaluasi ini bahwa Subyek masih membutuhkan bimbingan dan arahan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran bina diri, ketergantungan peserta didik tunagrahita masih cukup tinggi. Dampaknya: 1) Subyek semakin mengenal peralatan bina diri dan mengetahui cara-cara merawat diri. 2) Pembelajaran yang berlangsung selama pandemi COVID-19 secara tidak langsung mengedukasi peserta didik dan keluarganya mengenai kemajuan teknologi serta integrasinya ke dalam pembelajaran. Kata kunci: evaluasi, program, bina diri, tunagrahita, CSE-UCLA./ The purpose of this study was to determine the needs assessment, obtain a complete picture of program planning, describe formative evaluation and summative evaluation of the self-development learning program for mentally retarded children at Santa Lusia High School Bekasi Class XII during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This study uses an evaluation method with a qualitative approach. The data obtained through observation and analysis to find the implementation of the self-development learning program. The research subjects were 7 students and 7 parent informants and 2 class teacher informants. The results of the research on the Need assessment aspect were carried out through the following procedures: 1) Observing all self-development programs. 2) Analysis of children's needs. 3) Determining program priorities. Aspects of planning the self-development program for mentally retarded children are: initial activities, core activities, and closing. Aspects of formative evaluation, the overall self-development learning program was carried out well. The teacher consistently implements the program that has been planned. However, there are two obstacles; 1) Teachers cannot accompany and guide directly. Even though all subjects still need guidance and direction during self-development learning takes place. 2) The participation of parents in self-development learning programs is still low, as evidenced by the implementation of the program most children are not accompanied by their parents. In the aspect of summative evaluation, the results that appear in this evaluation are that the subject still needs guidance and direction in carrying out self-development learning activities, even though the mentally retarded students are still quite high. The impact: 1) Subjects introduce self-development tools and know how to take care of themselves. 2) Learning that takes place during the COVID-19 pandemic directly educates students and their families about technological advances and integration into learning.
