Abstract

Language acquisition usually refers to the native language or mother tongue, is defined as the process by which humans acquire capacity to perceive and comprehend language, as well as to produce and use words and sentences to communicate. On the contrary language learning consists in the process by which a certain language, generally the second language or foreign language, is acquired through the practical language learning strategy.
