Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul berbasis kearifan lokal pembuatan terasi udang rebon Tanjung Balai Asahan pada materi bioteknologi kelas X SMA, mengetahui tingkat kelayakan berdasarkan validasi ahli, serta mengetahui respons peserta didik terhadap e-modul yang dikembangkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri atas tahap analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Produk dikembangkan menggunakan aplikasi Canva dan dikonversi menjadi flipbook digital melalui platform Heyzine. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa e-modul memperoleh kategori sangat layak dengan rata-rata persentase validasi ahli materi sebesar 93,33%, ahli media sebesar 95,00%, dan ahli bahasa sebesar 86,67%. Respons peserta didik terhadap e-modul memperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 80,24% dengan kategori baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul berbasis kearifan lokal pembuatan terasi udang rebon Tanjung Balai Asahan layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar pendukung pada materi bioteknologi kelas X SMA. Kata kunci: e-modul, kearifan lokal, terasi udang rebon, bioteknologi,ADDIE / This study aims to develop a local wisdom-based e-module on the making of rebon shrimp paste (terasi) from Tanjung Balai Asahan for biotechnology subject in grade X of Senior High School, to determine its feasibility based on expert validation, and to identify students' responses toward the developed e-module. The research method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The product was developed using the Canva application and converted into a digital flipbook through the Heyzine platform. Validation results showed that the e-module received a very feasible category, with average validation percentages of 93.33% for content expert, 95.00% for media expert, and 86.67% for language expert. Students' response toward the e-module obtained an average percentage of 80.24% in the good category. The findings indicate that the local wisdom-based e-module on terasi shrimp paste from Tanjung Balai Asahan is suitable for use as supporting teaching material in biotechnology for grade X Senior High School.
