Abstract

PT Siap Pasti Cerdas melalui brand SPACE Basketball merupakan akademi basket yang menyediakan program pembinaan bagi anak dan remaja. Namun, perusahaan belum memiliki Video Company profile yang mampu menyajikan informasi perusahaan secara menyeluruh sehingga diperlukan media yang dapat memperkenalkan identitas, layanan, dan kualitas perusahaan kepada masyarakat. Skripsi karya ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran Organizer dalam proses penciptaan Video Company profile SPACE Basketball dengan menerapkan konsep Brand Performance. Konsep tersebut digunakan untuk menampilkan kualitas layanan perusahaan melalui aktivitas pembinaan, program latihan, kualitas pelatih, serta testimoni orang tua peserta. Proses penciptaan karya dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu pra produksi, produksi, dan pasca produksi. Dalam proses tersebut, Organizer berperan dalam perencanaan konsep, koordinasi produksi, monitoring proses editing, pengelolaan revisi, hingga publikasi karya.Hasil karya berupa Video Company profile SPACE Basketball berdurasi 7 menit 26 detik yang dipublikasikan melalui YouTube dan Instagram. Video ini berhasil menampilkan identitas perusahaan, program pembinaan, fasilitas, serta kualitas layanan SPACE Basketball melalui pendekatan Brand Performance. Kata Kunci: Organizer, Video Company profile, Brand Performance, SPACE Basketball. / PT Siap Pasti Cerdas, through its brand SPACE Basketball, is a basketball academy that provides training programs for children and teenagers. However, the company did not have a Company profile Video capable of presenting comprehensive information about its identity, services, and quality. This creative thesis aims to explain the role of the Organizer in creating a Company profile Video for SPACE Basketball by applying the Brand performance concept. The concept was used to demonstrate the company’s service quality through training activities, development programs, coaching quality, and parents’ testimonials. The creation process consisted of three stages: pre-production, production, and post-production. Throughout the process, the Organizer was responsible for concept planning, production coordination, editing supervision, revision management, and publication. The result of this creative thesis is a 7-minute and 26-second Company profile Video published on YouTube and Instagram. The Video successfully presents the company’s identity, training programs, facilities, and service quality through the implementation of the Brand performance approach.
