Abstract

Penelitian disertasi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kompetensi Dosen, Proses Pembelajaran, Sarana Prasarana dan Biaya Operasional Pendidikan Terhadap Kompetensi Lulusan Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Kristen di Sekolah Tinggi Teologi di DKI Jakarta: Perspektif Teologis dan Pedagogis. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada berbagai permasalahan, antara lain belum terintegrasinya kompetensi lulusan secara holistik antara dimensi teologis dan pedagogis, kesenjangan antara profil lulusan dan kebutuhan dunia kerja, lemahnya kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional dosen, proses pembelajaran yang masih konvensional, keterbatasan sarana prasarana, serta pengelolaan biaya operasional pendidikan yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah alumni lulusan Prodi PAK di DKI Jakarta tahun 2019-2021, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 132 responden. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner skala Likert, yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kompetensi dosen, proses pembelajaran, sarana dan prasarana, serta biaya operasional pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi lulusan dengan kontribusi sebesar 75,5%, sedangkan 24,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Secara parsial, proses pembelajaran dan sarana prasarana terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi lulusan, dengan kontribusi masing-masing sebesar 32,2% dan 28,2%. Sebaliknya, kompetensi dosen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kompetensi Lulusan (Y), dengan persentase pengaruh sebesar 11,2% sementara itu, biaya operasional pendidikan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap kompetensi lulusan dengan persentase pengaruh sebesar 4,0%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kualitas proses pembelajaran yang transformatif dan dukungan sarana prasarana yang memadai memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan kompetensi lulusan PAK. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan model pendidikan PAK yang integratif dan sistemik berbasis input–process–output guna meningkatkan kualitas lulusan secara berkelanjutan sesuai dengan tuntutan dunia kerja dan pelayanan Kristen dalam perspektif teologis dan pedagogis/This dissertation research aims to analyze the influence of lecturer competence, learning processes, educational facilities and infrastructure, and educational operational costs on the graduate competencies of the Christian Religious Education Study Program at theological colleges in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta: A Theological and Pedagogical Perspective. The background of this study is grounded in several prevailing issues, including the lack of holistic integration of graduate competencies between theological and pedagogical dimensions, the gap between graduate profiles and labor market demands, the insufficient pedagogical and professional competence of lecturers, the predominance of conventional learning processes, limitations in educational facilities and infrastructure, and the suboptimal management of educational operational costs. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The research population consisted of alumni graduates of the Christian Religious Education Study Program in Jakarta from 2019 to 2021, with a total of 132 respondents. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25.0. The findings revealed that, simultaneously, lecturer competence, learning processes, educational facilities and infrastructure, and educational operational costs had a significant influence on graduate competencies, contributing 75.5%, while the remaining 24.5% was influenced by factors outside the scope of this study. Partially, the learning process and educational facilities and infrastructure were proven to have a significant effect on graduate competencies, with respective contributions of 32.2% and 28.2%. In contrast, lecturer competence showed a significant influence on graduate competencies (Y), with an effect size of 11.2%. Meanwhile, educational operational costs did not demonstrate a direct significant effect on graduate competencies, contributing only 4.0%. These findings affirm that the quality of transformative learning processes and adequate educational facilities and infrastructure play a strategic role in enhancing the competencies of Christian Religious Education graduates. This study recommends the development of an integrative and systemic Christian Religious Education model based on the input–process–output framework in order to improve graduate quality sustainably in accordance with the demands of the workforce and Christian ministry from both theological and pedagogical perspectives.
