Abstract

Terminal bus adalah tempat di mana bus dan penumpang bertemu untuk naik dan turun di kota atau wilayah. Ini bertindak sebagai hub untuk transportasi umum di wilayah tersebut, memfasilitasi pergerakan orang dari satu tempat ke tempat lain. Terminal bus biasanya memiliki fasilitas yang mendukung aktivitas pengguna, seperti: ruang tunggu, toilet, ruang makan, tempat parkir dan berbagai layanan lainnya. Dalam rangka evaluasi pengelolaan terminal bus induk di kota Bekasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan angkutan umum, maka dirumuskan judul “Redesain Kawasan Terminal Bus Induk Kota Bekasi Dengan Arsitektur Perilaku”. Metode yang digunakan dalam proyek PASA 72 adalah survei dan wawancara dengan pengguna, warga dan operator terminal serta analisis dokumentasi dan literatur. Hasil survei dan wawancara menunjukkan masih banyak kendala dalam pengelolaan terminal bus di Bekasi, seperti: kurangnya dukungan pelayanan, kebersihan dan keteraturan dalam pengelolaan bus dan penumpang. Oleh karena itu, kawasan tersebut harus diperbaiki dengan perbaikan penampilan dan arus lalu lintas terminal bus, serta peningkatan fasilitas, inspeksi, serta pelatihan dan sertifikasi pengelola terminal dan pengemudi bus. Dengan demikian, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan angkutan umum dan memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna angkutan di kota Bekasi. Dalam penerapannya, gaya arsitektur perilaku diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan redesain kawasan terminal Bekasi. Gaya arsitektur perilaku menunjukkan bentuk yang mengutamakan siklus perilaku - fungsi - efisiensi - dalam perancangannya, membawa terminal bus kembali ke tingkat operasional yang optimal. Kata kunci : Terminal Bus, Redesain, Arsitektur Perilaku. / The bus terminal is the place where buses and passengers meet for boarding and alighting in a city or region. It acts as a hub for public transportation in the region, facilitating the movement of people from one place to another. Bus terminals usually have facilities that support user activities, such as: Waiting rooms, toilets, dining rooms, parking lots and various other services. In order to evaluate the management of the main bus terminal for the city of Former City to improve the quality of public transport services, the title "Redesign of the Bekasi City Main Bus Terminal Area with Behavioral Architecture" is formulated. The methods used in the PASA 72 project are surveys and interviews with users, residents and terminal operators as well as documentation and literature analysis. The survey and interview results show that there are still many obstacles in the management of bus terminals in Bekasi, such as: lack of service support, cleanliness and regularity in the management of buses and passengers. Therefore, the area must be repaired by improving the appearance and traffic flow of the bus terminal, as well as improving facilities, inspections, and training and certification of terminal managers and bus drivers. Thus, it is expected to improve the quality of public transport services and provide convenience for transportation users in the city of Bekasi. In its application, the behavioral architectural style is expected to meet the needs of the Bekasi terminal area redesign. The behavioral architectural style denotes a form that prioritizes the behavior cycle - function - efficiency - in its design, bringing the bus terminal back to an optimal operational level.
