Abstract

Isu perubahan iklim dan peningkatan emisi karbon menuntut penerapan program ramah lingkungan secara nyata, termasuk di lingkungan pendidikan. SDN 08 Ragunan Pagi merupakan salah satu sekolah yang menerapkan program net zero carbon, hasil observasi menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara kebijakan dan implementasi di lapangan karena sebagian siswa belum memahami konsep program tersebut, sementara pihak sekolah masih menghadapi keterbatasan sarana pendukung dan belum optimalnya proses evaluasi program. Kesenjangan antara kebijakan, potensi sekolah, dan realita lapangan menjadi gap penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan penerapan program net zero carbon sebagai energi ramah lingkungan dan mengidentifikasi kesulitan serta solusi pelaksanaan program energi ramah lingkungan di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yang dilaksanakan di SDN 08 Ragunan Pagi sebagai sekolah yang melaksanakan program net zero carbon mulai tahun 2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 46 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program net zero carbon di SDN 08 Ragunan Pagi sudah efektif. Selain itu, kesadaran lingkungan siswa dinilai sangat baik sebesar 80-89% berdasarkan enam indikator yaitu penghematan energi, pengelolaan sampah, konservasi air, transportasi ramah lingkungan, kepedulian lingkungan sekolah, dan kesadaran net zero carbon./The issue of climate change and increased carbon emissions demands the implementation of environmentally friendly programs in real terms, including in the educational environment. SDN 08 Ragunan Pagi is one of the schools that implements the net zero carbon program, the results of observations show that there is a gap between policies and implementation in the field because some students do not understand the concept of the program, while the school still faces limited supporting facilities and the program evaluation process is not optimal. The gap between policy, school potential, and field reality is the gap in this research. This research aims to analyze and describe the implementation of the net zero carbon program as environmentally friendly energy and identify difficulties and solutions for the implementation of environmentally friendly energy programs in the school environment. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which is carried out at SDN 08 Ragunan Pagi as a school that implements the net zero carbon program starting in 2022. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a sample of 46 students. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the net zero carbon program at SDN 08 Ragunan Pagi has been effective. In addition, students' environmental awareness is considered very good at 80-89% based on six indicators, namely energy saving, waste management, water conservation, environmentally friendly transportation, school environmental awareness, and net zero carbon awareness.
