Abstract

Mutu pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor utama yang menentukan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Namun, berdasarkan hasil survei PISA dan pemeringkatan UNESCO tahun 2022 mutu pendidikan di Indonesia masih perlu ditingkatkan. Data menunjukkan bahwa pelajar dari Kabupaten Tana Toraja masih belum mampu bersaing di tingkat nasional dan beberapa sekolah di Kabupaten Tana Toraja belum memenuhi standar nasional pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap ada tidaknya pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap mutu pendidikan, ada tidaknya pengaruh komunitas belajar guru terhadap mutu pendidikan, serta ada tidaknya pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan komunitas belajar guru secara simultan terhadap mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data yang diperoleh diuji korelasi dengan menggunakan regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap mutu pendidikan sebesar 39%; (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan komunitas belajar guru terhadap mutu pendidikan sebesar 11,9%; (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan komunitas belajar guru secara simultan terhadap mutu pendidikan sebesar 50,9%. Penelitian ini mengkaji kepemimpinan transformasional, komunitas belajar guru dan mutu pendidikan di SMA di Kabupaten Tana Toraja, yang sebelumnya masih jarang diteliti. Komunitas belajar guru mulai dioptimalkan sejak penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka, sehingga memberikan gambaran terbaru tentang perannya dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. / The quality of education is one of the main factors determining the quality of human resources. However, based on the results of the PISA survey and the 2022 UNESCO ranking, the quality of education in Indonesia still requires improvement. Data indicate that students from Tana Toraja Regency are not yet competitive at the national level, and several schools in the regency have not met the national education standards. This study aims to reveal whether there is an influence of transformational leadership of school principals on the quality of education, whether there is an influence of the teacher learning community on the quality of education, and whether there is a simultaneous influence of transformational leadership of school principals and the teacher learning community on the quality of education. This study employed quantitative approach with a survey method. The data obtained were analyzed using linear regression analysis. The results reveal that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of the principal's transformational leadership on the quality of education by 39%; (2) There is a positive and significant influence of the teacher learning community on the quality of education by 11.9%; (3) There is a positive and significant simultaneous influence of the principal's transformational leadership and the teacher learning community on the quality of education by 50.9%. This study examines transformational leadership, teacher learning communities, and education quality in high schools in Tana Toraja Regency, which has rarely been studied before. Teacher learning communities have been optimized since the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, providing an updated picture of their role in improving education quality.
