Abstract
Pendidikan merupakan kebutuhan penting bagi manusia untuk dapat terbebas dari keterbelakangan, kebodohan, dan kemiskinan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kualitas pendidikan yang baik. Kualitas pendidikan dapat dinilai dari tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa sebagai peserta didik. Semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran yang mereka terima di perguruan tinggi, maka semakin baik pula kualitas pendidikan di perguruan tinggi tersebut. Namun, pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan terjadinya reformasi pendidikan dari tatap muka menjadi Pendidikan online. Meskipun begitu, reformasi ini diharapkan tetap dapat menghasilkan kualitas pendidikan yang lebih baik dengan kualitas kepuasan mahasiswa yang tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah agar mengetahui seberapa puas mahasiswa terhadap pendidikan online serta mengetahui atribut-atribut yang memengaruhi kepuasan tersebut. Data kajian ini merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 mahasiswa aktif Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Fishbein dan diagram Kartesius yang diolah menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran yang diterima mahasiswa menghasilkan tingkat kepuasan yang tergolong puas, yaitu sebesar 65,63%. Adapun atribut-atribut yang perlu dipertahankan meliputi penyampaian materi pembelajaran (diskusi, simulasi, video, gambar), kemampuan dosen dalam berkomunikasi selama perkuliahan daring, ketersediaan handout (seperti e-book dan PPT), ketepatan alokasi waktu perkuliahan, serta ketepatan waktu dosen dalam mengajar. Kata kunci: Atribut, Kepuasan Mahasiswa, Pembelajaran Daring / Education is an important need for humans who can free from backwardness, ignorance and poverty. Therefore, a qualified education quality is needed. A quality education can be judged from the level of student satisfaction, in this case students. The higher the level of student satisfaction with the learning they receive at the university, the better the quality of university education will be. However, the COVID-19 pandemic led to reform of learning from face-to-face to online learning. However, it is hoped that this reform will still produce better quality with a high level of student satisfaction. This study focuses on the purpose of knowing the level of student satisfaction with online learning and knowing what attributes affect this satisfaction. This research data is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 100 active FEB students even semester 2020/2021. Tests in this study using the Fishbein method and Cartesian diagrams which were processed using Microsoft Excel. The results of the analysis of this study prove that the learning received by students turns out to produce a satisfied level of satisfaction, which is 65.63%. And the attributes that need to be maintained include the delivery of learning materials (discussions, simulations, videos, pictures), the ability of lecturers to communicate during online lectures, the availability of handouts (such as E-books, PPT), the accuracy of the time allocation of lectures and the punctuality of teaching.
