Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Pengaruh kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMA Tunas Bangsa Green Ville; Pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMA Tunas Bangsa Green Ville; Pengaruh kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan supervisi akademik secara bersama – sama terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Tunas Bangsa Green Ville. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sekolah menengah atas Tunas Bangsa Green Ville yang berada di wilayah kecamatan Kebun Jeruk ProvinsiJakarta. Penelitian ini mencakup tiga variabel yaitu variabel manajerial kepala sekolah (X1), variabel supervisi akademik (X2), dan variabel kinerja guru (Y). Pengumpulan data kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner untuk dilakukan analisis validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linearlitas dan uji multikolinearitas. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan teknik regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; terdapat pengaruh antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru di SMA Tunas Bangsa Green Ville dengan pengaruh sebesar 35,90% ; terdapat pengaruh antara supervisi akademik dengan kinerja guru di SMA Tunas Bangsa Green Ville sebesar 36,40%; terdapat pengaruh komptenesi manajerial kepala sekolah dan supervisi akademik secara bersama – sama sebesar 37,80% terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Tunas Bangsa Green Ville. / This study aims to determine: The effect of the principal's managerial competence on the performance of teachers at Tunas Bangsa Green Ville High School; The effect of the principal's academic supervision on the performance of teachers at Tunas Bangsa Green Ville High School; The combined effect of the principal's managerial competence and academic supervision on the performance of teachers at Tunas Bangsa Green Ville High School. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is Tunas Bangsa Green Ville High School, located in the Kebun Jeruk subdistrict of Jakarta Province. This study covers three variables, namely the principal's managerial variable (X1), the academic supervision variable (X2), and the teacher performance variable (Y). Quantitative data collection uses a questionnaire to perform validity and reliability analysis. The prerequisite tests for analysis included normality tests, linearity tests, and multicollinearity tests. The data were then analyzed using simple regression techniques. The results of the study indicate that: there is an influence between the managerial competence of the school principal and teacher performance at Tunas Bangsa Green Ville High School, with an influence of 35.90%; there is an influence between academic supervision and teacher performance at SMA Tunas Bangsa Green Ville of 36.40%; there is a combined influence of the principal's managerial competence and academic supervision of 37.80% on teacher performance at SMA Tunas Bangsa Green Ville.
