Abstract
Ikayanti Payung Allo. Pengaruh Kompetensi Kepribadian dan Kompetensi Sosial Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK Kristen Tagari. Tesis Program Studi Magister Administrasi/Manajemen PendidikanProgram Pascasarjana Universitas Kristen Indonesia, Jakarta, 2022. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi sosial terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Kristen Tagari. Dalam penelitian ini pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan suatu instrumen sebagai alat ukur untuk dapat mengetahui kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial dan kinerja guru yaitu dengan menggunakan kuisioner/angket. Uji coba instrumen dilakukan dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas instrumen, uji normalitas, dan uji linearitas. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model regrasi linear berganda signifikan (uji “t”) dan berdasarkan rumusan masalah dan hipotesis penelitian yang diajukan, beserta hasil penelitian yang didasarkan pada analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis, maka kesimpulan yang dapat dikemukakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kompetensi kepribadian mempengaruhi kinerja guru di SMK Kristen Tagari sebesar 0,448 atau 44,8%, kompetensi sosial mempengaruhi kinerja guru di SMK Kristen Tagari sebesar 0,299 atau 29,9% dan kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi sosial secara simultan mempengaruhi kinerja guru di SMK Kristen Tagari sebesar 0,414 atau 41,4%. The Effect of Personality Competence and Teacher Social Competence on Teacher Performance at Tagari Christian Vocational School. Thesis for Master of Educational Administration/Management Study Program Postgraduate Program at the Christian University of Indonesia, Jakarta, 2022. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence personality competence and social competence have on teacher performance at Tagari Christian Vocational School. In this study the research approach used is a quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses an instrument as a measuring tool to be able to determine personality competence, social competence and teacher performance by using a questionnaire/questionnaire. Instrument trials were carried out by testing the validity, instrument reliability tests, normality tests, and linearity tests. Testing the hypothesis in this study uses a significant multiple linear regression model (test "t") and based on the formulation of the problem and the proposed research hypothesis, along with the results of research based on data analysis and hypothesis testing, the conclusions that can be put forward in this study are personality competence affect teacher performance at Tagari Christian Vocational School by 0.448 or 44.8%, social competence influences teacher performance at Tagari Christian Vocational School by 0.299 or 29.9% and personality competence and social competence simultaneously affect teacher performance at Tagari Christian Vocational School by 0.414 or 41 .4%.
