Abstract
Penurunan kinerja karyawan bagian kantor PT Samudera Logistic Services selama tahun 2022–2024, mendorong perlunya memahami studi tentang faktor-faktor penentunya, khususnya motivasi kerja serta kondisi lingkungan kerja fisik. Tujuan utama penelitian yakni membuktikan dampak lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan ataupun untuk membuktikan motivasi kerja bersama kondisi lingkungan kerja fisik secara bersamaan memberikan pengaruh terhadap performa pekerja PT Samudera Logistic Services di Cikarang. Pengkajian berjenis kuantitatif dengan metode hubungan asosiatif kausal dengan maksud untuk sarana dalam mengidentifikasi ataupun memahami dampak Motivasi Kerja serta Lingkungan Kerja Fisik terhadap capaian kinerja pegawai. Populasi pengkajian mencakup karyawan bagian office sebanyak 50 pekerja. Teknik pengumpulan data ataupun akumulasi data melalui angket (kuesioner). Data yang dikumpulkan yakni model regresi multipel (linier berganda) ataupun diuji serta memanfaatkan, memanfaatkan program IBM Statistic Versi 26. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05). Variabel lingkungan kerja fisik (X2) juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05). Uji simultan memperlihatkan kedua variabel secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 93% menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik berkontribusi besar terhadap kinerja, sedangkan sisanya 7% sisanya dipengaruh oleh ataupun dipengaruhi oleh aspek, faktor lain yang tidak diteliti ataupun termasuk bukan terkait dengan pengkajian. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Kinerja Karyawan, PT Samudera Logistic Services. / The decline in office employee performance at PT Samudera Logistic Services during 2022–2024 has encouraged the need to understand studies on its determining factors, particularly work motivation and the physical work environment conditions. The main objective of this study is to demonstrate the impact of the physical work environment on employee performance, or to demonstrate that work motivation and the physical work environment simultaneously influence the performance of PT Samudera Logistic Services employees in Cikarang. This quantitative study uses a causal associative relationship method, with the aim of identifying and understanding the impact of work motivation and the physical work environment on employee performance. The study population comprised 50 office employees. The data collection and accumulation technique used was a questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed using a multiple linear regression model, and were tested and utilized IBM Statistics Version 26. The results of the analysis show that the work motivation variable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). The physical work environment variable (X2) is also proven to have a positive and significant influence on performance with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). The simultaneous test shows that both variables together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 93% indicates that work motivation and the physical work environment make a large contribution to performance, while the remaining 7% is influenced by or influenced by other aspects and factors that are not studied or are not related to the study.
