Abstract
Banyak perubahan telah dilakukan dalam pandemi Covid-19. Dosen, orang tua dan mahasiswa merupakan peran utama yang mulai memainkan peran penting dalam perannya masing-masing. Motivasi berprestasi adalah penilaian rata-rata untuk mengukur suatu dorongan dalam diri individu untuk mengejar dan meraih tujuan yang sudah di targetkan dengan Dimensi : 1) Tanggung jawab. 2) Pemilihan tugas. 3) Kreatif-inovatif. 4) Memperhatikan umpan balik. Bimbingan orang tua merupakan penilaian rata-rata untuk mengukur bagian dari proses pendidikan yang diberikan orang tua kepada individu yang dilakukan secara teratur dan sistematis untuk memcapai kemajuan dalam meraih prestasi dengan dimensi:1)Dukungan emosional. 2)Dukungan penghargaan. 3)Dukungan instrumental. 4) Dukungan informatif. Iklim kampus adalah penilaian rata-rata sebuah lingkungan/ sosial dan budaya kampus yang mempengaruhi tingkah laku mahasiswa sebagai hasil dari interaksi dengan lingkungan tersebut, dalam proses pengembangan potensi dan bakat yang mereka miliki dengan dimensi :1) Rasa Komunitas. 2) Kehangatan 3) Rasa aman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis korelasi iklim kampus dari kampus 3 Unika Atma Jaya BSD City dengan motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa dormitory pada saat pendemi covid 19, menganalisis korelasi bimbingan orangtua dengan motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa dormitory kampus 3 Unika Atma Jaya BSD City selama pandemi covid 19, dan menganalisis korelasi antara bimbingan orangtua dan iklim kampus selama pandemi covid 19 serta motivasi mahasiswa dormitory untuk berprestasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Banyaknya mahasiswa yang diteliti sejumlah 149 orang. / The Covid-19 epidemic has seen a lot of modifications. Lecturers, parents, and students are the three key responsibilities that are beginning to take on greater significance in their respective roles. An average assessment of an individual's desire to pursue and attain the goals that have been set for them is called achievement motivation. 1) Responsibilty is one of the dimensions. 2) Task assignment. 3) Innovative and creative. 4) Pay attention to what others have to say. Parental advice is an average assessment to measure a part of the educational process offered by parents to persons on a regular and systematic basis to achieve development in reaching objectives with dimensions: 1) Emotional assistance. 2) Financial assistance. 3) Instrumental assistance. 4) Support that is both informative and practical. The average assessment of an environment/social and campus culture that influences student conduct as a result of engagement with that environment in the process of developing their potential and abilities with dimensions: 1) A sense of belonging. 2) Comfort 3) A feeling of safety. The goal of this study was to look into the relationship between the campus climate at Atma Jaya Unika BSD City campus 3 and dormitory students' achievement motivation during the covid 19 pandemic, as well as the relationship between parental guidance and dormitory students' achievement motivation at Atma Jaya BSD City campus 3 during the covid 19 pandemic, and the relationship between parental guidance and campus climate during the covid 19 pandemic. A quantitative method with a correlational approach was used in the research. A total of 149 students were involved in research. The correlation between parents guidance and student achievement motivation was calculated and provided positive and significant results of 0.644 or 64.4 percent at the 5% significance level. Like a result of high level of parental guidance, the achievement motivation of dorm students is also high. By comparison, the lower the parental guidance, the lower the motivation for achievement. The results of a simple correlation analysis (r) between campus climate and student achievement motivation (r) of 0.691 or 69.1 % indicate that the both have a strong relationship.. Hasil perhitungan korelasi bimbingan orang tua dengan motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa menunjukkan hasil yang positif dan signifikan sebesar 0,644 atau 64,4% pada taraf sginifikansi 5%. Hal ini berarti cukup tinggi bimbingan orang tua, maka cukup tinggi juga motivasi berprestasi yang dimiliki mahasiswa dormitory. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah bimbingan orang tua, maka motivasi berprestasinya pun akan menjadi rendah. Hasil analisis korelasi sederhana (r) didapat antar iklim kampus dengan motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa (r) sebesar 0,691 atau 69,1% hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi hubungan yang kuat antara iklim kampus dengan motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa Kata kunci : Bimbingan orangtua, iklim kampus, motivasi berprestasi, covid 19 /
