Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kompensasi finansial dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Prime di Link Communication. Fenomena yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah adanya penurunan pencapaian kinerja karyawan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, diduga disebabkan oleh kurang optimalnya sistem kompensasi dan kondisi lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan populasi karyawan tetap dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh sebanyak 50 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner dengan skala likert. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji korelasi rank spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,353, sedangkan lingkungan kerja juga menunjukkan hubungan signifikan dengan kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,380. Secara simultan, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel. Meskipun hubungan yang ditunjukkan tergolong rendah, namun tetap memberikan kontribusi yang berarti terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Kata kunci: Kompensasi Finansial, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Kinerja Karyawan / and physical work environment to employee performance at PT Prime Link Communication. The phenomenon behind this research is the decline in employee performance achievement in recent years, allegedly caused by a less optimal compensation system and work environment conditions. This study uses an associative quantitative approach with a population of permanent employees and sampling using a saturated sample technique of 50 respondents. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using the spearman rank correlation test. The results showed that compensation has a significant relationship with employee performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.353, while the work environment also shows a significant relationship with employee performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.380. Simultaneously, compensation and work environment have a significant relationship to employee performance with the value of tcount> ttable. Although the relationship shown is relatively low, it still contributes meaningfully to improving performance. Keywords: Financial Compensation, Physical Work Environment, Employee Performance
