Abstract

Muhammad Eldy Nurhidayat Arman, Pengaruh Penghargaan dan Promosi Jabatan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Anugerah Pangan Lestari Dalam menciptakan serta menumbuhkan kinerja staf tinggi bisa didukung dengan mengimplementasikan pembagian penghargaan. Selain masalah penghargaan, untuk memeroleh staf yang memiliki kinerja yang baik, industri butuh menjalankan usaha-usaha dalam mencukupi keperluan stafnya. Riset berikut ialah riset kuantitatif yang punya tujuan untuk menemukan pengaruh Penghargaan serta Promosi Jabatan pada Kinerja Staf PT. Anugerah Pangan Lestari. Populasi dalam riset berikut didapatkan sebanyak 35 staf. Teknik penghimpunan data mempergunakan angket (kuesioner). Metode analisa data yang digunakan yaitu metode analisa regresi berganda. Hasil riset pada tingkatan signifikan untuk variable penghargaan (X1) sebanyak 0,000 < 0,05 maknanya signifikan, sementara nilai t table 2,037 t hitung > t table (7,098 > 2,037), maknanya variable penghargaan punya pengaruh positif serta signifikan pada kinerja staf PT. Anugerah Pangan Lestari. riset pada variable promosi jabatan (X2) dengan tingkatan signifikan sebanyak 0,000 < 0,05 maknanya signifikan serta nilai t table sebanyak 2,037 t hitung < t table (- 8,546 < 2,037) maknanya promosi jabatan punya pengaruh negatif serta signifikan pada kinerja staf PT. Anugerah Pangan Lestari. Hasil pengujian simultan didapati nilai f hitung 41,473 sementara nilai f table 3,29 sehingga f hitung > f table (41,473 > 3,29) serta nilai signifikan sebanyak 0,000 < 0,005 maka penghargaan serta promosi jabatan secara simultan punya pengaruh positif serta signifikan pada kinerja staf. Nilai Koefisiensi Determinansi adjusted R2 sebanyak 70,4% diartikan kinerja staf dipengaruhi oleh penghargaan serta promosi jabatan sementara sisanya ialah pengaruh variable lain yang tidak ditelaah dalam riset berikut. Hasil riset berikut menunjukan bahwa untuk menumbuhkan kinerja staf dalam industri, industri harus membagikan penghargaan terhadap staf serta menjalankan promosi jabatan untuk menumbuhkan kinerja serta tetap bertahan dalam Industri, terkhusus pada PT. Anugerah Pangan Lestari untuk kedepannya. Anugerah Pangan Lestari Creating and improving high employee performance can be supported by implementing rewards. Apart from the problems presented, to obtained employee who have good performances, companies need to make effort to meets the need of their employee. This research is quantitatives research which aim to determining the effects of award and position promotions on employees performance at PT. Anugerah Pangan Lestari. The population in these studies was 35 employee. Data collections technique use questionnaires. The data analyst methods use is the multiple regressions analyst method. The research results at the significant level for the awarded variable (X1) are 0.000 < 0.05, meaning it is significant, while the t table value is 2.037 t count > t table (7.098 > 2.037), meaning the given variable has a positives and significancy effects on the performances of PT employees. Sustainable Food Award. research on the job promotion variable (X2) with a significances level of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning it is significance and the t table value is 2.037, t count < t table (- 8.546 < 2.037), meaning that job promotion has a negative and significance effects on the performances of employee PT. Anugerah Pangan Lestari. The test result show that calculated f value is simultaneously 41.473, while the f table value is 3.29, so the calculated f > f table (41.473 > 3.29) and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.005, so awards and promotion simultaneous have a positives and significance effects on employee performances. The value of the customized coefficient of determination R2 of 70.4% means that employees performance is influence by awards and promotions, while rest are other influencing variable not examine in these research. The result of these research showing that to improve employee performance in the companies, the company must give awards to employees and carry out job promotions to improve performance and remain in the company, especially at PT.
