Abstract
Cara cerdas untuk membantu pembangunan keuangan dan ekonomi suatu negara adalah melalui perbankan. Tujuan utama bank, yang merupakan organisasi keuangan yang melayani individu, perusahaan negara dan swasta, dan bahkan lembaga pemerintah, adalah untuk menyediakan jasa keuangan. Semakin canggih infrastruktur yang dibangun bank untuk mendukung layanannya, semakin beragam dan canggih penawaran teknologinya.UU No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen, Pasal 1 angka 2, memberikan definisi formal mengenai istilah “konsumen” dalam hukum Indonesia. Dalam masyarakat, UUPK dapat diakses guna keperluan keluarga sendiri ataupun pihak lain. tidak untuk ditukar dengan kehidupan lain. Topik perlindungan hukum bagi nasabah perbankan penuh dengan kesulitan, sehingga sistem Perbankan Nasional belum mampu mengatasi permasalahan ini dengan baik. Landasan yuridis dari sistem perbankan di Indonesia baik dari segi substantifnya maupun dari segi formalnya adalah bersumber dari peraturan perundang-undangan yang dijadikan sebagai parameternya. Ketika membahas sumber resmi peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia, UUD 1945 selalu dijadikan sumber utama. Riset tentang perlindungan hukum yang diperoleh oleh nasabah dalam hal ini adalah konsumen bank telah diatur secara implisit dalam peraturan yang mengatur tentang Perlindungan Konsumen, bahwa bentuk responsibilitas dari pihak perbankan adalah mengganti kerugian yang diderita oleh pihak nasabah sebesar jumlah dananya yang hilang di ATM dalam hal terjadinya kejahatan card skimming. / The smart way to help a country's financial and economic development is through banking. The main purpose of banks, which are financial organizations serving individuals, state and private companies, and even government agencies, is to provide financial services. When discussing official sources of legislation in Indonesia, the 1945 Constitution is always used as the main source. Research on the legal protection obtained by customers, in this case bank consumers, has been regulated implicitly in the regulations governing Consumer Protection, that the form of responsibility from the banking side is to compensate for losses suffered by the customer in the amount of funds lost at the ATM in the event that this occurs. card skimming crime.
