Abstract

LEVI ROBINHOT SITORUS, HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOUR (OCB) KARYAWAN PT.REFACINDO MANDIRI PRATAMA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Mengetahui hubungan atau korelasi Motivasi terhadap (Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) karyawan PT.Refacindo Mandiri Pratama. (2) Mengetahui hubungan atau korelasi Komitmen Organisasi terhadap (Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) karyawan PT. Refacindo Mandiri Pratama. (3) Mengetahui hubungan atau korelasi Motivasi dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap (Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) karyawan PT. Refacindo Mandiri Pratama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data analisis yang digunakan adalah Rank Spearman dan Korelasi Berganda. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT.Refacindo Mandiri Pratama sebanyak 50 karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sedangkan analisis digunakan dengan menggunakan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap (Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) PT. Refacindo Mandiri Pratama. Yang di tunjukkan koefisien Rank Spearman sebesar 0,421 yang berarti hubungan kedua variabel bersifat cukup kuat dan bernilai positif , dengan nilai signifikan uji t hitung sebesar (3,543) lebih besar dari t tabel (2,011). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel motivasi terhadap (Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) karyawan PT.Refacindo Mandiri Pratama. (2) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap (Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) karyawan PT.Refacindo Mandiri Pratama yang ditunjukan dengan koefisien korelasi Rank Spearman 0,502 dan diperoleh nilai signifikan uji t hitung sebesar (4,265) lebih besar dari t tabel (2,011). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel Komitmen Organisasi terhadap (Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) karyawan PT.Refacindo Mandiri Pratama. (3) Motivasi dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap (Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) PT. Refacindo Mandiri Pratama. Yang ditunjjukkan dengan korelasi berganda sebesar 0,536 dan diperoleh nilai signifikan uji F hitung (13,73) lebih besar dari F tabel (3,195). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel Motivasi dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap (Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) karyawan PT.Refacindo Mandiri Pratama. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Komitmen Organisasi,Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. / LEVI ROBINHOT SITORUS, THE RELATIONSHIP OF MOTIVATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT TO ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) EMPLOYEES OF PT REFACINDO MANDIRI PRATAMA. This study aims to: (1) determine the relationship or correlation with (Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees of PT Refacindo Mandiri Pratama. (2) Determine the relationship or correlation of commitment to (Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)) of employees of PT Refacindo Mandiri). Pratama (3) Knowing the relationship or correlation between Motivation and Organizational Commitment to (Organizational Citizenship Behavior/OCB) employees of PT Refacindo Mandiri Pratama. This study uses a quantitative approach, the data analysis used is Spearman Rank and Multiple Correlation. The sample of this study were 50 employees of PT Refacindo Mandiri Pratama. while the data collection using an analytical questionnaire used by using multiple regression. The results showed that (1) Motivation had a positive effect on (Organizational Citizenship Behavior Behavior (OCB) PT Repacindo Mandiri Pratama. The increase in the Spearman Rank coefficient was 0.421, which means that the relationship between the two variables is quite strong and deserves to be positive, with a significant value for the test. t count (3,543) is greater than the table (2,011). It can be said that there is a significant relationship between motivational variables on (Organizational Citizenship Behavior Behavior (OCB) of PT Refacindo Mandiri Pratama employees. (2) Organizational Commitment has a positive effect on (Citizenship Behavior) Organizational) (OCB) of PT Refacindo Mandiri Pratama employees who were appointed significantly with a Spearman Rank correlation coefficient of 0.502 and the t-count value of (4.265) was greater than ttable (2.011).Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PT Refacindo Mandiri Pratama employees. (3) Motivation and Organizational Commitment have a positive effect on (Organiza tional Citizenship Behavior (OCB) PT Refacindo Mandiri Pratama. Which is indicated by a multiple correlation of 0.536 and a significant value of the calculated F test (13.73) is greater than the F table (3.195) . Keywords that there is a significant relationship between the variables of Motivation and Organizational Commitment to (Organizational Citizenship Behavior/OCB) employees of PT Refacindo Mandiri Pratama.
