Abstract
Strategi pembelajaran adalah suatu cara yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam melaksanakan proses belajar di sekolah yang memiliki berbagai tujuan. Begitupun mengenai strategi pembelajaran di luar jam pelajaran, strategi harus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan motivasi, semangat dan minat belajar siswa. Pembelajaran yang di lakukan di luar jam pembelajaran membuat siswa menjadi kurang konsentrasi, setelah seharian belajar siswa merasa lelah dan sulit untuk fokus pada pembelajaran. Sama halnya yang terjadi di SMA 94 Jakarta Barat, pembelajaran yang di lakukan di luar jam pelajaran membuat siswa kurang berminat mengikuti proses belajar, dengan demikian peneliti ingin melihat strategi apa yang tepat dalammeningkatkan minat siswa. Penelitian ini membahas Strategi Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen Dalam Melakukan Pembelajaran Di Luar Jam Pelajaran Terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa Di SMA 94 Jakarta Barat. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) Mengetahui strategi yang tepat untuk guru terapkan dalam melakukan pembelajaran terhadap belajar siswa di SMA 94 Jakarta Barat. 2) Mengetahui bagaimana minat belajar siswa PAK dalam melakukan pelajaran di luar jam pelajaran di SMA 94 Jakarta Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Responden yang diteliti adalah 1 (satu) orang guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen yang mengajar di sekolah SMA 94 Jakarta Barat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Peneliti melihat bahwa strategi guru dalam proses pembelajaran PAK di luar jam pelajaran di SMA 94 Jakarta masih kurang tepat karena selama proses pembelajaran guru hanya menerapkan cara pembelajaran sharing, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. 2) Siswa masih kurang berminat dalam mengikuti PAK di luar jam pelajaran di SMA 94 Jakarta Barat. Dengan demikian, berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa guru harus memiliki kreativitas dalam melakukan strategi pembelajaran walaupun kondisiyang di hadapai kurang kondusif seperti pembelajaran diluar jam pelajaran. Strategipembelajaran akan menentukan tercapainnya tujuan dari pembelajaran sehingga siswa dapat memahami materi yang diberikan. Kata Kunci: Strategi Guru, PAK, Pembelajaran diluar jam pelajaran, minat belajar. / Learning strategy is a method employed by teachers in carrying out the learning process in schools, which serves various purposes. Similarly, regarding learning strategies outside of class hours, strategies must be implemented to enhance students' motivation, enthusiasm, and interest in learning. Learning activities conducted outside of class hours can make students less focused. After a full day of learning, students may feel tired and have difficulty concentrating on their studies. The same situation occurs at SMA 94 Jakarta Barat, where learning activities outside of class hours make students less interested in participating in the learning process. Therefore, the researcher aims to examine appropriate strategies to enhance students' interest. This study focuses on the strategies employed by teachers of Christian Religious Education in conducting learning activities outsideof class hours and their impact on students' interest in learning at SMA 94 JakartaBarat. The objectives of this research are as follows: 1) To identify suitablestrategies for teachers to implement in conducting learning activities for students at SMA 94 Jakarta Barat. 2) To determine how students' interest in learning PAK is reflected in learning activities outside of class hours at SMA 94 Jakarta Barat. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. The research focuses on one PAK teacher who teaches at SMA 94 Jakarta Barat as therespondent. The results of this research are as follows: 1) The researcher observesthat the strategies employed by teachers in the PAK learning process outside of class hours at SMA 94 Jakarta Barat are not quite suitable. During the learning process, teachers only apply sharing, discussions, and question-and-answer methods. 2) Students still have a lack of interest in participating in PAK learning activities outside of class hours at SMA 94 Jakarta Barat. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that teachers need to be creative in implementing learning strategies, even in less conducive conditions such as outside of class hours.Learning strategies play a crucial role in achieving learning objectives, enabling students to comprehend the provided materials.
