Abstract

Kesalahan pengobatan, yang berbahaya bagi pasien dan dapat dihindari, terjadi ketika pasien meminum obat saat menerima perawatan medis dari tenaga kesehatan profesional. Kesalahan ini sering ditemukan di berbagai fasilitas kesehatan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kelengkapan pada resep pasien rawat jalan di bagian Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Umum Universitas Kristen Indonesia berdasarkan aspek administrasi dan farmasetis. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel acak langsung dengan desain deskriptif retrospektif dan bersifat non-eksperimental. Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan dari bulan Oktober hingga Desember 2022 di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Umum Universitas Kristen Indonesia terhadap resep pasien rawat jalan. Penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kelengkapan administrasi resep adalah pro 73,80%, inscriptio 92,85%, invocatio 100%, dan subscriptio 79,77%. Tingkat kelengkapan farmasetik resep adalah signatura 91,67% dan prescriptio 88,39%. Kata Kunci : Kelengkapan Administrasi Resep, Kelengkapan Farmasetik Resep, Resep Obat, Pasien Rawat Jalan. / Medication errors, which are harmful to patients and can be avoided, occur when patients take medication while receiving medical attention from healthcare professionals. This mistake is frequently discovered in Indonesia's numerous healthcare facilities. This research aims to characterise the completeness of outpatient prescriptions at the Pharmacy Installation of the Indonesian Christian University General Hospital based on administrative and pharmaceutical aspects. This study uses a straightforward random sample technique in a retrospective descriptive design, and it is non-experimental. According to data gathered from October to December 2022 at the Pharmacy Installation of the Indonesian Christian University General Hospital on outpatient prescriptions. The research conducted shows that the administration completeness of prescriptions is pro 73,80%, inscriptio 92,85%, invocatio 100%, and subscriptio 79,77%. The prescription's level of pharmaceutical completeness is signatura 91,67% and prescriptio 88,39%.
