Abstract

Mega Jiunistari: Hubungan Self Control dan Perhatian Orangtua Terhadap Prokrastinasi Akademik Siswa Kelas XI IPS di SMAN 30 Jakarta Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self-control dan perhatian orang tua terhadap prokastimasi akademik siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang berobjek penelitian di SMA Negeri 30 Jakarta. Penelitian ini mengambil 140 sampel penelitian yang merupakan siswa kelas XI jurusan IPS yang diambil secara keseluruhannya (sampling jenuh). Data diolah menggunakan pearson correlation dan anova dengan SPSS. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa koefisien korelasi antara self-control dan prokrastinasi akademik adalah 0.689 dengan prob 0.000 <0.05, sementara koefisien korelasi antara perhatian orang tua dan prokastinasi adalah 0.477 dengan prob 0.000 <0.05. Hasil uji anova menemukan bahwa koefien korelasi self-control dan perhatian orang tua secara simultan terhadap prokrastinasi akademik adalah 0.711 dengan prob 0.000 <0.05. Sehingga penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa selfcontrol dan perhatian orang tua berhubungan dengan prokrastinasi akademik baik secara parsial maupun simultan. KataKunci: Self Control, Perhatian Orang Tua, Prokrastinasi Akademik. / This study aims to determine the relationship between self-control and parental attention to students' academic procrastination. This study used a quantitative approach with a research object at SMA Negeri 30 Jakarta. This study took 140 research samples who were students of class XI majoring in social studies who taken by all of the population. Data are processed using Pearson correlation and ANOVA with SPSS. This study found that the correlation coefficient between self- control and academic procrastination was 0.689 with a probability of 0.000<0.05, while the correlation coefficient between parental attention and procrastination was 0.477 with a probability of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the ANOVA test found that the correlation coefficient of self-control and parental attention simultaneously to academic procrastination was 0.711 with a probability of 0.000 <0.05. So this study concluded that self-control and parentalattention were related to academic procrastination either partially or simultaneously.
