Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara job placement, human relation dengan usia sebagai variable moderating terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Kiara Sawit Abadi II. Yang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang perkebunan kelapa sawit dan yang berlokasi di Jalan paralel Desa Sebadak,Kec. Ketungau Hulu Senaning, Kabupaten Sintang, Provinsi Kalimantan Barat 78654. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 55 sampel dengan karyawan sebagai responden. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh job placement,human relation dan usia terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada perusahaan PT. Kiara Sawit Abadi II dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling (simple random sampling) sehingga sempel penelitian ini sebanyak 55 orang. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah regrensi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikansi pengaruh Job Placement, Human Relation, Usia, terhadap Kinerja pegawai masing-masing sebesar signifikansi 0,003, 0,006, 0,059, 0,277, dan 0,862. Dari hasil tersebut diketahui nilai signifikansi Job Placement dan Human Relation kurang dari 0,05, sedangkan usia selaku variabel moderating, job placement yang dimoderasi usia, serta human relation yang dimoderasi usia memiliki nilai signifikan lebih dari 0,05. Hal itu membuktikan bahwa Job Placement dan Human Relation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Usia tidak memoderasi pengaruh antara job placement dan human relation terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan PT. Kiara Sawit Abadi II. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi job placement dan human relation yang telah dimoderasi usia, masing sebesar 0,277 dan 0,862 nilai tersebut lebih tinggi dari 0,05 dan koefisien regresi masing-masing sebesar -0,048 dan - 0,010. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa usia tidak memoderasi secara signifikan bahkan mengalami penurunan kepada job placement dan human relation terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kiara Sawit Abadi II. Kata kunci: Job placement,human relation,usia,dan kinerja karyawan. / This study is a quantitative study to determine the influence between job placement, human relations and age as a moderating variable on employee performance at PT. Kiara Palm Abadi II. Which is a company engaged in oil palm plantations and located on the parallel road of Sebadak Village, Kemite Hulu Senaning District, Sintang Regency, West Kalimantan Province 78654. The sample used was 55 samples with employees as respondents. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job placement, human relations and age on employee performance. The population in this study is employees at PT. Kiara Sawit Abadi II with sampling techniques using probability sampling (simple random sampling) so that this study was 55 people. The technical data analysis used is multiple linear regrenance. The results of thisstudy show that the significance value of the influence of Job Placement, Human Relation, Age, on employee performance is 0.003, 0.006, 0.059, 0.277, and 0.862, respectively. From these results, it is known that the significance value of Job Placement and Human Relationsislessthan 0.05, while age as a moderating variable, age-moderated job placement, and age-moderated human relations have a significant value of more than 0.05. This proves that Job Placement and Human Relations have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Age does not moderate the influence between job placement and human relations on the performance of PT. Kiara Palm Abadi II. This is evidenced by the age-moderated significance of job placement and human relations, respectively of 0.277 and 0.862, these values are higher than 0.05 and regression coefficients of-0.048 and -0.010,respectively.Thus, it can be concluded that age does not moderate significantly and even decreasesjob placement and human relations on theperformanceofPTemployees.KiaraPalmAbadiII.
