Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sun Hope Nutrisi Jakarta; (2) pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan tranformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sun Hope Nutrisi Jakarta; dan (3) pengaruh variabel motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sun Hope Nutrisi Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Semua 50 karyawan PT. Sun Hope Nutrisi Jakarta adalah sampel dan populasi penelitian ini. Untuk mengumpulkan data, studi kepustakaan dan kuesioner dengan skala likert digunakan. Analisis data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan spss 26. Uji hipotesis 1 menemukan analisis 0,000 di bawah 0,05, maka ho ditolak dan ha diterima, menunjukkan motivasi kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di PT. Sun Hope Nutrisi Jakarta. Uji hipotesis 2 menemukan analisis 0,004 di bawah 0,05, yang berarti ho ditolak dan ha diterima, menunjukkan kepemimpinan transformasional mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sun Hope Nutrisi Jakarta. Hasil tes hipotesis 3 menunjukkan analisis sig. 0,000 kurang dari 0,05, maka ho ditolak dan ha diterima. Ini menunjukan kinerja karyawan PT. Sun Hope Nutrisi Jakarta dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional. Kata kunci: motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan kinerja karyawan. / This study was to determine: (1) the influence of work motivation variables on employee performance at PT. Sun Hope Nutrition Jakarta; (2) the influence of transformational leadership variables on employee performance at PT. Sun Hope Nutrition Jakarta; and (3) the influence of work motivation and transformational leadership variables on employee performance at PT. Sun Hope Nutrition Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach. All 50 employees of PT. Sun Hope Nutrition Jakarta is the sample and population of this study. To collect data, literature study and a questionnaire with a Likert scale were used. Analysis of the research data was carried out using spss 26. Hypothesis 1 test found an analysis of 0.000 below 0.05, then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, indicating that work motivation influences employee performance at PT. Sun Hope Nutrition Jakarta. Hypothesis test 2 finds an analysis of 0.004 below 0.05, which means that ho is rejected and ha is accepted, indicating that transformational leadership affects employee performance at PT. Sun Hope Nutrition Jakarta. The results of the 3rd hypothesis test show the sig. 0.000 is less than 0.05, then ho is rejected and ha is accepted. This shows the performance of employees of PT.
