Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pengemudi Grab Bike Kota Bekasi. Menurunnya kinerja para pengemudi Grab Bike disebabkan oleh pemberian insentif yang masih sangat kurang dan sulit untuk didapatkan. Hal ini membuat para pengemudi mengeluh karena target berlian untuk mendapatkan insentif terlalu tinggi dan pendapatan insentif tidak sesuai harapan yang mereka inginkan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling tujuannya untuk mendapatkan sampel yang representatif sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan peneliti. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebesar 150 responden. Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari data kuesioner. Kemudian dilakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji t menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh positif antara Insentif dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pengemudi Grab Bike. dan berdasarkan analisis deskriptif insentif dan Motivasi Kerja memberikan konstribusi yang sangat kuat terhadap Kinerja pengemudi Grab Bike. Bagi perusahaan sebaiknya lebih memperhatikan pemberian insentif dan motivasi para pengemudi mengingat insentif dan motivasi dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pengemudi Grab Bike. / This study aims to determine the effect of incentives and work motivation on the performance of Grab Bike drivers in Bekasi City. The decline in the performance of Grab Bike drivers is caused by the provision of incentives that are still very lacking and difficult to obtain. This led drivers to complain that the diamond target for incentives was too high and the incentive income did not match their expectations. The type of research used is quantitative research methods. In this study, the sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique in order to obtain a representative sample in accordance with the criteria determined by the researcher. The number of samples taken is 150 respondents. This research technique uses primary data obtained from questionnaire data. Then the data analysis was carried out using multiple linear analysis. The results of the study based on the t test showed that there was a positive influence between Incentives and Motivation on the Performance of Grab Bike Drivers. and based on a descriptive analysis of incentives and work motivation, they make a very strong contribution to the performance of Grab Bike drivers. Companies should pay more attention to providing incentives and motivation for drivers considering that incentives and motivation can be used to improve the performance of Grab Bike drivers.
