Abstract

Kajian penelitian ini dilaksanakan agar diperoleh informasi terkait Pengaruh Penelitian Penilaian Prestasi Kerja dan Loyalitas Karyawan Bagian Produksi Rigid Box Terhadap Promosi jabatan pada PT. Satyamitra Kemas Lestari. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 24. Hasil analisis Uji t (parsial) pada variabel Penilaian Prestasi Kerja (X1) terhadap Promosi Jabatan (Y) adalah thitung & ttabel sebesar 17,620 & 1,990 hal ini membuktikan Ha ditolak dan Ho diterima, dengan nilai pengaruh (X1) terhadap (Y) yang dilihat dari tabel regresi berganda, kolom beta sebesar 0,891 atau 8,91%. Hasil uji t (persial) pada variabel Loyalitas Karyawan (X2) terhadap Promosi Jabatan (Y) adalah thitung & ttabel sebesar 24,662 & 1,990 hal ini membuktikan Ha ditolak dan Ho diterima, dengan nilai pengaruh (X2) terhadap (Y) yang dilihat dari tabel regresi berganda, kolom beta sebesar 0,939 atau 93,9%. Kemudian berdasarkan nilai dari Adjust R Square = 0,879 yang memiliki pengertian bahwa sumbangan dari Penilaian Prestasi Kerja (X1) dan Loyalitas Karyawan (X2) terhadap Promosi Jabatan (Y) adalah sebesar 87,9%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 12,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti. / This research aims to determine the level of Influence of Research on Performance Appraisal and Employee Loyalty in the Rigid Box Production Section on Promotion at PT. Satyamitra Kemas Lestari. This research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative method and the data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 24. The results of the (partial) t test analysis on the Job Performance Assessment variable (X1) for Promotion (Y) were tcount & ttable of 17.620 & 1.990, this proves that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted, with a value the influence of (X1) on (Y) as seen from the multiple regression table, the beta column is 0.891 or 8.91%. The results of the t (partial) test on the variable Employee Loyalty (X2) to Promotion (Y) are tcount & ttable of 24.662 & 1.990 this proves that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted, with the influence value (X2) on (Y) as seen from the table multiple regression, beta column of 0.939 or 93.9%. Then based on the value of Adjust R Square = 0.879 which has the understanding that the contribution of Performance Appraisal (X1) and Employee Loyalty (X2) to Promotion (Y) is 87.9%, while the remaining 12.1% is influenced by factors others that were not investigated by the researcher.
