Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengungkap pengaruh Budaya Sekolah terhadap Perilaku Sosial Guru SMK N 35 di Jakarta Barat. (2) mengungkap pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap Perilaku Sosial Guru SMK N 35 di Jakarta Barat, dan (3) untuk mengungkap pengaruh Budaya Sekolah dan Komunikasi Interpersonal secara bersama-sama terhadap Perilaku Sosial Guru SMK N 35 di Jakarta Barat. Ada pun mengenai bentuk penelitian dalam metode penelitian adalah menggunakan quantitative approaches dimana data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang didistribusikan menggunakan google form. Populasi dan sampel 102 responden teknik Sample Random Sampling Validasi dan Reabilitas menggunakan rumus nilai Correctec Item Total Correlation dimana analisis data SPSS edisi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 62,5% tingkat Perilaku Sosial Guru di SMKN 35 Jakarta Barat sangat dipengaruhi oleh Budaya Sekolah dan Komunikasi Interpersona secara bersama-sama atau simultan, dimana untuk Budaya sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perilaku Sosial Guru ditunjukkan pada tingkat 57,6% dan Komunikasi Interpersonal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perilaku Sosial Guru pada tingkat 60,2% Kata kunci: Budaya Sekolah, Komunikasi Interpersonal, Perilaku Sosial, Guru. / The objectives of this study are (1) to reveal the influence of School Culture on the Social Behavior of Teachers of SMK N 35 in West Jakarta. (2) to reveal the effect of Interpersonal Communication on the Social Behavior of Teachers of SMK N 35 in West Jakarta, and (3) to reveal the effect of School Culture and Interpersonal Communication together on the Social Behavior of Teachers of SMK N 35 in West Jakarta. There is also a form of research in the research method using quantitative approaches where research data is obtained using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires distributed using google form. Population and sample 102 respondents Sample Random Sampling technique Validation and reliability using the Correct Item Total Correlation value formula where data analysis SPSS edition 25. The results showed that 62.5% of the level of Teachers' Social Behaviour at SMKN 35 West Jakarta was strongly influenced by School Culture and Interpersonal Communication together or simultaneously, where for School Culture a significant effect on Teachers' Social Behaviour was shown at the level of 57.6% and Interpersonal Communication had a significant effect on Teachers' Social Behaviour at the level of 60.2%.
