Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen kurikulum dan manajemen sarana prasarana terhadap kualitas pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas di lingkup sekolah Yayasan Nitya Bhakti Jakarta Pusat. Metode penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 121 guru dari unit KB-TK, SD, SMP, dan SMK di Yayasan Nitya Bhakti Jakarta. Penelitan menggunakan instrumen kuisioner dengan skala Likert dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) adanya pengaruh positif dari manajemen kurikulum terhadap kualitas pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas berdasarkan persamaan regresi Y ̂=1,668+0,607X_1, serta besar pengaruh 37,9%; (2) adanya pengaruh positif manajemen sarana prasarana terhadap kualitas pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas berdasarkan persaman regresi Y ̂=2,597+0,396X_2, serta besar pengaruhnya 20,2%; dan (3) adanya pengaruh positif manajemen kurikulum dan menajeman sarana prasarana secara bersama-sama terhadap kualitas pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas berdasarkan persamaan regresi Y ̂=1,637+0,583X_1+0,032X_2 , dengan besar pengaruh adalah 38%. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pembelajaran, Manajemen Kurikulum, Manajemen Sarana Prasarana, Tatap Muka Terbatas./ The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of curriculum management and infrastructure management on the quality of limited face-to-face learning at the Yayasan Nitya Bhakti’s schools in Central Jakarta. This research method is a quantitative approach based on the survey method. The respondents to this survey were 121 teachers from the KB-TK, SD, SMP, and SMK units of the Yayasan Nitya Bhakti Jakarta. This study uses a Likert-scale survey that uses simple multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive effect of curriculum management on the quality of limited face-to-face learning based on the regression equation Y ̂=1,668+0,607X_1, and the effect is 37.9%; (2) there is a positive influence of infrastructure management on the quality of limited face-to-face learning based on the regression equation Y ̂=2,597+0,396X_2, and the effect is 20.2%; and (3) there is a positive influence of curriculum management and infrastructure management simultaneously on the quality of limited face-to-face learning based on the regression equation Y ̂=1,637+0,583X_1+0,032X_2, with the value of the effect is 38%.
