Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan efisiensi pembelajaran menggunakan microsoft teams selama pembelajaran online. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Matematika FKIP UKI angkatan 2017, 2018, 2019 dan 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket dan wawancara untuk memperoleh data efektivitas dan efisiensi pembelajaran menggunakan microsoft teams selama pembelajaran online kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Terdapat sembilan indikator di dalam dua variabel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator 1 yaitu perangkat pembelajaran dijelaskan sejak awal secara detail melalui teams (62,5%), indikator 2 yaitu pengorganisasian materi, bahan ajar, dan suasana kelas dijelaskan dan diberikan secara detail (66%). kemudian indikator 3 Interaksi mahasiswa dengan mahasiswa lainnya, atau dengan dosen dapat berjalan dengan baik melalui teams (52.2%), indikator 4 yaitu dosen dan mahasiswa saling mempersiapkan diri untuk memulai pembelajaran (54%), indikator 5 yaitu menumbuhkan rasa semangat belajar mahasiswa serta dapat mengexplore secara mandiri (53,3%), indikator 6 yaitu penggunaan teams memudahkan untuk melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran daring (55,7%), indikator 7 yaitu pembelajaran menggunakan teams meningkatkan motivasi belajar (65,5%), indikator 8 yaitu pelaksanaan pembelajaran penggunaan teams tidak memerlukan biaya yang besar secara individu (50%), dan indikator 9 pelaksanaan dalam penggunaan teams tidak memelukan waktu yang lama secara individu (59,2%) Kata Kunci : Efektivitas Pembelajaran, Efisiensi Pembelajaran, Microsoft Teams / This study aims to determine the effectiveness and efficiency learning using Microsoft Teams during online learning. Subject in this study were students of the Mathematics Education Study Program, FKIP UKI class 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews to obtain data on the effectiveness and efficiency of learning using Microsoft Teams during online learning and then analyzed by descriptive analysis. There are nine indicators in the two variables. Based on the results of the study, it showed that indicator 1, namely learning tools, was explained in detail from the beginning through the teams (62.5%), indicator 2 was the organization of materials, teaching materials, and classroom atmosphere were explained and given in detail (66%). Then indicator 3 Interaction of students with other students, or with lecturers can run well through teams (52.2%), indicator 4, namely lecturers and students prepare each other to start learning (54%), indicator 5 which fosters a sense of enthusiasm for student learning and can explore independently (53.3%), indicator 6 is the use of teams makes it easier to carry out online learning activities (55.7%), indicator 7 is learning using teams increases learning motivation (65.5%), indicator 8 is the implementation of learning to use teams do not require large individual costs (50%), and indicator 9 implementation in the use of teams does not require a long time individually (59.2%).
