Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan efektivitas implementasi kokurikuler melalui tinjauan kualitas pelatihan In House Training (IHT) dan tingkat pemahaman guru di SMA Kristen Indonesia Sejahtera, Kabupaten Rote Ndao. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam terhadap kepala sekolah, wakasek bidang kurikulum, guru koordinator dan fasilitator kokurikuler serta observasi. Data tersebut dianalisis secara induktif berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Implementasi projek kokurikuler di SMA Kristen Indonesia Sejahtera dinilai efektif berkat perencanaan yang matang, kolaborasi guru lintas ilmu, dan kriteria asesmen yang otentik. Keberhasilan ini didukung oleh kualitas In-House Training (IHT) yang berada pada kategori baik karena materi yang relevan serta fasilitator yang kompeten. Kombinasi tersebut mendorong tingkat pemahaman guru hingga mencapai level Deep Understanding, sehingga mereka mampu menguasai manajemen pembelajaran, memodifikasi metode sesuai kebutuhan spesifik siswa. Rekomendasi bagi kepala sekolah yaitu membuat kebijakan formal terkait otonomi guru, kewajiban mengikuti IHT, serta penguatan kemitraan strategis (MoU) dengan komunitas lokal. Bagi Wakasek kurikulum adalah menyusun Rencana Tindak Lanjut (RTL), melibatkan pakar eksternal, serta memformalkan komunitas belajar internal. Bagi guru diharapkan aktif berpartisipasi dalam pelatihan, memperkuat student agency dan umpan balik bersama siswa, melakukan analisis reflektif pasca-projek, serta mendiseminasikan praktik baik ke sekolah lain. Kata Kunci : Efektivitas Kokurikuler, IHT, Pemahaman Guru / This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of co-curricular implementation by examining In-House Training (IHT) quality and teacher comprehension levels at SMA Kristen Indonesia Sejahtera, Rote Ndao Regency. Employing a qualitative case study design, research data were collected through direct observations and structured in-depth interviews with the school principal, vice-principal of curriculum, project coordinators, and co-curricular facilitators, followed by continuous inductive analysis. The findings demonstrate that co-curricular project implementation is highly effective, driven by meticulous planning, cross-disciplinary teacher collaboration, and authentic assessment criteria. This success is heavily reinforced by high-quality IHT, categorized as good due to its highly relevant material and competent facilitators. This strategic combination successfully elevated teachers' expertise to a level of Deep Understanding, enabling them to master learning management and seamlessly adapt pedagogical methods to students' specific needs. Consequently, key recommendations are proposed: the principal should formalize policies regarding teacher autonomy, mandatory IHT attendance, and local strategic partnerships (MoUs). Meanwhile, the vice-principal of curriculum must formulate Follow-Up Action Plans (RTL), engage external experts, and formalize internal learning communities. Finally, teachers are expected to actively participate in professional development, foster student agency, conduct post-project reflective analyses, and disseminate best practices.
