Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berargumentasi siswa kelas X di SMAN 71 jakarta dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada pelajaran kimia hijau. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMAN 71 jakarta T.A 2023/2024 dan sampel dalam penelitian ini ada dua kelompok yaitu Kelas X H sebagai kelas kontrol dan Kelas X G sebagai kelas eksperimen, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel langsung dipilih oleh peneliti dengan menggunakan teknik non parametrik. Penelitian ini menggunnakan instrumen angket dalam bentuk pernyataan yang terdiri dari instrumen pretest dan posttest dengan jumlah 20 pernyataan. Pada kelas eksperimen siswa diberikan perlakuan menggunakan model pembelajaran problem based learning dan kelas kontrol mengunakan metode belajar cerama dan tanya jawab. Uji prasyarat yang dilakukan berupa uji parametrik karena data terdistribusi normal dan homogen. Selanjutnya, uji hipotesis analisis dengan uji parametrik pada taraf signifikan (2- tailed) sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari kriteria signifikansi sebesar 0,05 atau nilai thitung sebesar -26.674 < ttabel sebesar 1,689 sehingga Ho di tolak dan Ha diterima, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan beragumentasi siswa pada pembelajaran kimia hijau dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran problem based learning. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji N Gain pada pertemuan pertama dengan nilai rata rata scor 12 % dengan interpretasi tidak efektif. Pada pertemuan ke dua nilai rata rata scor 33% dengan interpretasi kurang efektif. Pertemuan ketiga nilai rata rata scor N-gain 76% dengan interpretasi efektif, sehingga terlihat bahwa terdapat peningkatan setelah diberikan perlakuan yaitu sebesar 64%. Maka dari hasil pengujian nilai rata rata N-Gain di atas dapat di simpulkan bawah pembelajaran kimia hijau dengan menggunakan model problem based learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berargumentasi siswa./This research aims to determine the improvement in the argumentation skills of class X students at SMAN 71 Jakarta by using the Problem Based Learning learning model in green chemistry lessons. The population in this study were students of class . This research uses a questionnaire instrument in the form of statements consisting of pretest and posttest instruments with a total of 20 statements. In the experimental class, students were given treatment using the problem based learning model and the control class used lecture and question and answer learning methods. The prerequisite test carried out is in the form of a parametric test because the data is normally distributed and homogeneous. Next, test the analytical hypothesis using a paired sample t-test at a significance level (2-tailed) of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance criterion of 0.05 or the tcount value of - 26,674 < ttable of 1.689 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there has been an increase in students' argumentative abilities in learning green chemistry by applying the problem based learning model. Next, an N Gain test was carried out at the first meeting with an average score of 12% with an ineffective interpretation. At the second meeting the average score was 33% with a less effective interpretation. At the third meeting the average score - gain was 76% with an effective interpretation, so it can be seen that there was an improvement after being given treatment, namely 64%. So from the results of testing the average N-Gain value above, it can be concluded that learning green chemistry using the problem based learning model can improve students' argumentation skills.
