Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) melalui kesiapan dan strategi mengajar guru di SMA Kristen Barana, Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode triangulasi melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Fokus utama adalah memahami bagaimana kesiapan dan strategi guru mendukung keberhasilan pelaksanaan P5. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru menunjukkan kesiapan yang cukup baik dalam melaksanakan P5. Mereka memahami nilai-nilai Pancasila dan mampu mengintegrasikannya dalam pembelajaran. Strategi yang digunakan sudah sesuai dengan prinsip pembelajaran berbasis proyek, seperti kerja kelompok, pendekatan kontekstual, dan penilaian melalui unjuk kerja, refleksi, serta portofolio. Beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi antara lain keterbatasan waktu, alat dan bahan, serta rendahnya minat siswa pada tema tertentu. Namun, tantangan ini dapat diatasi melalui kerja sama antar guru dan dukungan dari pihak sekolah. Kepala sekolah memandang P5 sebagai bagian penting dari Kurikulum Merdeka karena mampu membentuk karakter siswa secara menyeluruh. P5 memberikan dampak positif seperti peningkatan kreativitas, kepercayaan diri, kerja sama, dan keterampilan abad ke-21. Evaluasi dilakukan secara berkala untuk peningkatan berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, kesiapan guru, strategi mengajar, pembelajaran berbasis proyek. / This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) through teacher readiness and teaching strategies at SMA Kristen Barana, North Toraja Regency. The research applied a qualitative approach using triangulation methods, including in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The main focus was to understand how teacher readiness and strategies support the success of P5 implementation. The findings show that teachers demonstrate a good level of readiness in implementing P5. They understand the values of Pancasila and are able to integrate them into learning activities. The strategies applied align with project-based learning principles, such as group work, contextual approaches, and assessments through performance tasks, reflection, and portfolios. Challenges identified include limited time, materials, and low student interest in certain themes. However, these obstacles can be addressed through collaboration among teachers and support from the school. The principal views P5 as a vital part of the Merdeka Curriculum, capable of shaping students' character holistically. P5 has had a positive impact, such as enhancing creativity, self￾confidence, collaboration, and 21st-century skills. Continuous evaluations are conducted to ensure ongoing improvement.
