Abstract

Kinerja pegawai di definisikan sebagai output yang dicapai oleh seorang pegawai dalam menjalankan kewajibannya dalam bentuk kuantitas maupun kualitas. Ada beberapa alasan mengapa kinerja pegawai dapat menurun, seperti tidak adanya dorongan dari kesadaran diri dan dukungan dari lingkungan kerja non-fisik. Tujuan dari penelitian kuantitatif ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kesadaran diri dan lingkungan kerja non-fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Riau. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel acak dasar, 30 pegawai kantor dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian. Skala Likert 1 sampai 5 disertakan dalam kuesioner yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data. Dalam melakukan analisis deskriptif didukung oleh software Excel dan SPSS versi 25.0. Variabel lingkungan kerja non-fisik (X1) memiliki tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,639 > 0,05 yang mengindikasikan tidak signifikan. Nilai t hitung sebesar 2,025 t hitung < t tabel (0,475 < 2,025) menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja non-fisik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Riau, namun tidak signifikan. Hasil pengaruh variabel kesadaran diri (X2) menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Riau yaitu 0,002 < 0,05, Nilai t tabel sebesar 2,025, menunjukkan bahwa t hitung > t tabel (3,420 > 2,025). Pengujian simultannya menghasilkan nilai f hitung sebesar 41,633, lalu nilai f tabel sebesar 4,24. Dengan artian secara signifikan lingkungan kerja non-fisik bersamaan dengan kesadaran diri memengaruhi kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan f hitung > f tabel (41,633 > 4,24). Lingkungan kerja non-fisik dan kesadaran diri memengaruhi kinerja pegawai, sesuai dengan nilai koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 73,7%, sisanya 24,5% ialah dampak dari variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk mempertahankan peningkatan kinerja pegawai, instansi harus fokus pada lingkungan kerja non-fisik dan kesadaran diri pegawainya. There are several reasons why employee performance can decline, such as the absence of encouragement from self-awareness and support from the non-physical work environment. The purpose of this quantitative research is to find out how self-awareness and the non-physical work environment affect employee performance at the Riau Province Transportation Agency. Using a basic random sampling technique, 30 office employees were selected as the research sample. A Likert scale of 1 to 5 was included in the questionnaire used for data collection. Descriptive analysis was supported by Excel software and SPSS version 25.0. The non-physical work environment variable (X1) has a significant level of 0.639 > 0.05 which indicates it is not significant. The t value of 2.025 t count < t table (0.475 < 2.025) indicates that the non-physical work environment variable affects employee performance at the Riau Province Transportation Office, but is not significant. The results of the influence of the self-awareness variable (X2) show a significant effect on employee performance at the Riau Province Transportation Agency, namely 0.002 <0.05, the t table value of 2.025, indicating that t count > t table (3.420 > 2.025). The simultaneous test results in a calculated f value of 41.633, then the f table value of 4.24. This means that the non-physical work environment together with self-awareness significantly affects employee performance, with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and f count > f table (41.633 > 4.24). Non-physical work environment and self-awareness affect employee performance, according to the coefficient of determination R2 of 73.7%, the remaining 24.5% is the impact of other variables not included in this study. The findings of this study suggest that in order to maintain improved employee performance, agencies should focus on the non-physical work environment and employee self-awareness.
