Abstract

Loyalitas pada dasarnya adalah kesetiaan, pengabdian dan kepercayaan terhadap seseorang atau lembaga yang didalamnya terdapatnya rasa kepemilikan, loyalitas karyawan dapat menurun karena berbagai faktor, termasuk kompensasi kinerja yang tidak memadai dan tempat kerja yang meresahkan karena tantangan fisik dan mentalnya. Studi kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk memastikan pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik dan kompensasi finansial terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT. New Connected Indonesia. Ada 70 responden pada penelitian ini, semuanya adalah karyawan perusahaan dan telah bekerja setidaknya selama dua atau tiga tahun. Kuesioner dipergunakan untuk alat penghimpun data. Teknik analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk analisis data. Temuan penelitian untuk variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik (X1) signifikan secara statistik pada signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang mengungkapkan bahwasanya variabel tersebut memang signifikan. Selain itu, nilai t tabel sejumlah 1,997 lebih besar dari t hitung (8,147 > 1,997), sehingga semakin mendukung dugaan bahwasanya variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT. New Connected Indonesia. Temuan penelitian pada variabel kompensasi finansial (X2) mengungkapkan signifikan (0,000 < 0,05) dan (t hitung > t tabel, 4,739 > 1,997) sehingga kompensasi finansial memiliki pengaruh positif serta signifikan pada loyalitas karyawan PT. New Connected Indonesia. Hasil uji simultan diperoleh nilai f hitung sejumlah 234,233 lebih besar dari nilai f tabel sejumlah 3,14. Nilai signifikansinya sejumlah 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,005 mengungkapkan bahwasanya baik lingkungan kerja non fisik maupun kompensasi finansial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Lingkungan kerja non fisik dan kompensasi finansial mempunyai pengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan, sesuai dengan nilai Koefisien determinasi R2 yang disesuaikan sejumlah 87,1%. Sisanya sejumlah 12,9% disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dipertimbangkan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, untuk meningkatkan loyalitas di kalangan karyawan, Jika PT. New Connected Indonesia ingin mempertahankan karyawannya dalam jangka panjang, mereka perlu fokus pada penciptaan lingkungan kerja virtual yang positif dan memberi mereka upah yang adil. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi Finansial, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Loyalitas Karyawan. / Loyalty is basically fidelity, devotion and trust in a person or institution in which there is a sense of ownership. Employee loyalty can decrease due to various factors, including inadequate performance compensation and a workplace that is unsettling due to physical and mental challenges. This quantitative study aims to determine the influence of the non-physical work environment and financial compensation on employee loyalty at PT. New Connected Indonesia. There were 70 respondents in this study, all of whom were company employees and had worked for at least two or three years. Questionnaires are used as data collection tools. For data analysis, multiple regression analysis techniques were implemented. The statistical analysis reveals that the non-physical work environment variable (X1) is indeed significant, as indicated by a p-value of 0.000, which is less than the conventional threshold of 0.05. In addition, the calculated t-value of 1.997 is less than the t-table value of 1.997 (8.147 > 1.997), providing additional evidence that this variable positively and significantly influences employee loyalty at PT. New Connected Indonesia. The results of the research indicate that the financial compensation variable (X2) is statistically significant (0.000 < 0.05) and (t count > t table, 4.739 > 1.997), suggesting that PT. New Connected Indonesia employees are significantly and positively influenced by financial compensation. The f value from the simultaneous test was determined to be 234.233, which exceeded the critical value of 3.14 from the f table. Employee loyalty is significantly influenced by both the non-physical work environment and financial compensation, as indicated by the significance value of 0.000, which is below the critical value of 0.005. Based on the findings of this research, if PT. New Connected Indonesia wants to retain its employees in the long term, they need to focus on creating a positive virtual work environment and paying them fair wages.
