Abstract

Kasus Pembunuhan Brigadir Yoshua oleh Irjen Ferdy Sambo, banyak mengaitkan sejumlah pihak, termasuk Bharada Richard Eliezer Pudihang Lumiu. Uniknya, nama Bharada Richard adalah salah satu nama yang paling naik dan digemari oleh sebagian masyarakat, terutama dalam dunia maya. Contohnya seperti di Media Sosial Tiktok, banyak sekali yang mendukung bahkan menjadi relawan untuk Bharada Richard. Lebih menarik lagi, Bharada Richard juga menjadi seorang Justice Collaborator yang membuat namanya semakin naik. Bharada Richard membuka secara perlahan keburukan pelaku utama yaitu Irjen Ferdy Sambo. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif Deskriptif, yaitu suatu rumusan masalah yang memandu penelitian untuk mengeskplorasi atau memotret situasi sosial yang akan diteliti secara menyeluruh, luas dan mendalam. Dengan metode pengambilan data wawancara, peneliti memperoleh hasil dan menyimpulkan bahwa nama Bharada Richard bisa naik dan memperoleh banyak penggemar karenakan Personal Branding seorang Bharada Richard yang baik, dia memiliki paras yang baik, tutur kata yang sopan, tidak terlihat angkuh, dan tunduk pada hukum yang ada, hingga dia mendapatkan citra baik dari Masyarakat. Dan masyarakat menilai ada nilai baiknya seorang Bharada Richard menjadi Justice Collaborator, karena bisa meringankan tuntutan hukumannya. / Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's murder case involving a number of parties, including Bharada Richard Eliezer Pudihang Lumiu. Researchers use a qualitative-descriptive approach, which is a formulation of the problem that guides research to explore or photograph social situations that will be thoroughly, broadly and in-depth researched. Using the interview data collection method, the researcher obtained results and concluded that the name Bharada Richard could go up and gain a lot of fans because of the Personal Branding of a good Bharada Richard, he had a good face, said polite words, did not look arrogant, and was subject to strict laws. exist, until he gets a good image from the Society. And the public considers that it is good value for Bharada Richard to become a Justice Collaborator, because it can lighten his sentence.
