Abstract

ABSTRAK Ratni Remme’. Pengaruh Manajemen Kelas dan Gaya Mengajar Klasik Terhadap Keaktifan Belajar Siswa Kelas X Teknik Informatika Dan Komputer Di SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao. Tesis Pascasarjana Program Studi Administrasi/Manajemen Pendidikan Universitas Kristen Indonesia, 2022. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen kelas dan gaya mengajar klasik terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa kelas X Teknik Informatika dan Komputer di SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 94 siswa kelas X Teknik Informatika dan Komputer di SMK Kristen Tagari. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuisioner secara langsung. Uji instrumen dan analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan diperoleh besar pengaruh manajemen kelas terhadap keaktifan belajar 41,8%, besar pengaruh gaya mengajar klasik terhadap keaktifan belajar sebesar 22,4%, dan besar pengaruh manajemen kelas dan gaya mengajar klasik secara bersama-sama sebesar 45,5%. Melalui hasil penelitian ini diharapkan kepada setiap guru untuk mampu menerapkan manajemen kelas dengan baik serta mampu menggali minat belajar siswa melalui penerapan gaya mengajar yang baik sehingga siswa terlibat secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. The Influence of Class Management and Classical Teaching Style on Learning Activities of Class X Students in Informatics and Computer Engineering at Tagari Rantepao Christian Vocatioal School. Postgraduate Thesis of Educational Administration/Management Study Program, Indonesian Christian University, 2022. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of classroom management and classical teaching style on the learning activities of class X students of Informatics and Computer Engineering at Tagari Rantepao Christian Vocational School. This type of research is a survey research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling as many as 94 students of class X Informatics and Computer Engineering at tagari Christian Vocational School. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires directly. Instrument testing and data analysis were carried out with the help of SPSS version 25. Based on the hypothesis testing, it was found that the effect of class management on learning activity was 41.8%, the influence of classical teaching style on learning activity was 22.4%, and the influence of class management and classical teaching style together was 45.5%. Through the results of this study, it is hoped that every teacher will be able to apply classroom management well and be able to explore students interest in learning through the application of good teaching styles so that students are actively involved in the learning process.
